Saw Dr. V for an old injury that flared up recently. She was pleasant, had reviewed my file prior to meeting me and offered me many options. Expressed concern over my degree of pain and offered options for addressing pain as well as for addressing rehab. Spent a good amount of time with me. Obviously a competent Doctor who knows her stuff. However (and this is just me and not a reflection on Dr. V) I am seeking another option. It’s that indefinable lack of a “click” for me but I’d still recommend Dr. V because everyone is different. She is good at her job!

I read people's reviews before I made appointment to Voronov and I saw complains that she doesn't listen so I wanted to be smarter and wrote all my problems on a paper. Well I was wrong , so wrong ! She didn't read it ! She didn't listen ! She didn't give me any answers ! And when I ask again she got mean and dismissive ! She must be very unhappy person . Shouldn't have the title of a doctor ! And should NOT see patients !!! I got very emotional after the joke visit and cried on my way home. No doctor talked to me with such a mean tone ever before or treat me like I'm nothing !

This is one rude doctor!! She rushes the visit and doesn’t listen to you, doesn’t give you a chance to ask any questions, but in her notes she wants to express that the patient is stressed or frustrated and claims that she gave a lengthy visit in all reality she doesn’t give you the time of day and walks out the room while you’re talking to her!! Pure ignorance!! I feel that any doctor that is treating you or performing test on you that you have every right as a patient to ask questions and get them answered, with this doctor it is not going to happen!! I waited about an hour for her to come into the room and as always she’s always in a hurry!!! The Last doctor that treated me that way never gave me a chance to speak and sent me for epidural injections in my neck and they almost paralyzed me!! I do not recommend this doctor.

Absolutely horrible. I went for advice on fibromyalgia and severe pain after thoracic spine surgery (I recently moved from out of state). Her MA admitted to me that she was incapable of entering my medication into the system (she put "10mg" then a note "actually 5mg" - later another provider at Duly confirmed it was a text box, not drop down and easily corrected it!). So Dr Voronov prescribed 10mg. I questioned via MyChart and she confirmed she got it wrong - then a month later prescribed my refill again for 10mg! I spoke at length with Dr Voronov about my thoracic pain that was unbearable after my thoracic spinal block wore off, and the pain was from thoracic surgery a few months before. She ordered multiple MRIs (my entire spine); the radiology report confirms thoracic surgery. Her advice? A spinal block for my lumbar pain - which I don't have! Via MyChart I asked and she refused an apology, simply "oh, well, get a spinal block in the thoracic then". No referral to someone to do this. However, she referred me to a specific provider at Loyola if "the pain persists". Huh? Her profile (at the time) said she specialized in this type of pain! Wonder if she gets kickbacks from referrals?! Standard Covid question. My answer "Never tested positive. Last test 3 weeks ago, was travelling with someone else. No symptoms but we both took 2 tests same day before visiting elderly relative. All 4 were negative." My medical chart? "Recovering from Covid." Huh? This is just the tip of the iceberg - I could go on and on but google has character limit -- and I only saw her once! Wrote a complaint via MyChart - Clinical Manager made things worse! I filed a long complaint with Duly - who claim she did her job, even though multiple mistakes are confirmed with my previous medical record! Avoid not only Dr Voronov, but also Duly if you can!

I love seeing Dr. Voronov. She is so knowledgeable, really listens and cares!

Dr. Voronov is very professional and her care management has been very helpful.

She’s awful. Can’t even understand anything she’s saying and very rude. Has no idea what she’s doing.
