Had a appointment with Dr Jacqueline Ross on Monday. She was kind, Thorough, took her time to listen to me about my symptoms and how I was feeling. Talked to me about test,and medications and what i need to do to get to feeling better. I didn't feel like I was being shoved out the door.She showed empathy in which I admire especially when your not feeling good.Thank you Dr.Ross.

Dr. Ross is incredibly thorough with your examination. She is also empathetic and a good listener. She is quick to get things done, but you don’t feel rushed. I would strongly recommend her!

Dr Ross was wonderful as always. Very attentive & concerned. But the medical assistant was absolutely deplorable. She 1st called me by the wrong name. When she did call me by the right name she reprimanded for not responding. She did not introduce herself. She also did not tell me my vitals. She turned & walked out without a word. I can assure you when return to the office I will not be seen by her.
