Doctor was running behind and was very genuinely apologetic and tried very hard to squeeze me onto his busy booked surgery schedule, It's my first time there so hopefully I get a diagnosis soon and get my issues resolved. The MA and her trainee was amazing as well and inquired about my current pain status which is what brought me to them. Thank everyone.

Dr. Kramer is terrific. He combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. He has an extremely investigative mind— you know you’re in good hands when it comes to solutions and treatment. After your visit, you would know where you stand immediately and what the next steps look like. He is very knowledgeable, caring, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease, and felt confident in receiving expert medical care from him. In addition, medical lingo often feels very overwhelming and confusing to me, especially when it comes to complex issues. Dr. Kramer takes the time to explain everything in detail and makes sure I understand it all. I have already recommended Dr. Kramer to multiple family members. Thank you, Dr. Kramer!

Dr. Kramer is hands down the most caring Dr. I’ve ever encountered. He listens, takes his time and explains what’s going on thoroughly. In one office visit and a single phone call he did more to help me then a team of Drs did during two 5 day stays in the hospital. I can’t put into words how great full I am that I ended up with him for my follow up and continual care, that I’m gonna need the rest of my life. It’s doctors like Dr. Kramer that make a difference. I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you Dr. Kramer!!!

I could not believe how much time Dr. Kramer gives me during an appointment. I am used to being rushed but he gives me as much time as needed and connects as a real person. Our first appointment he stayed with me at least 50 minutes! He wants to know all about your lifestyle and habits rather than treat you as your physical ailment. Great bedside manner and a real mensch. Since starting with him about a year ago I convinced my wife and brother to use him as their primary doc. What also sets him apart is that he answers the email queries I send him at NorthShore Connect within a couple of hours if not immediately. Also, when I needed referrals to other specialists he sent me to really great doctors.

Dr. Kramer is an awesome doctor. He has a great bedside manner. He is genuinely interested in you as a patient. He takes his time and is very thorough. He has a wonderful sense of humor and puts the patient at ease. He is a no nonsense kind of doctor -- who expects you to follow is advice. I would recommend him to anyone.
