John D. Porcelli's Online Review Report Card

I have not had an appointment with Dr. Porcelli in years. When I developed breathing problems, he passed me off to the Nurse Practitioner. I was in the hospital the end of May for an unrelated issue. A CT scan revealed lung problems and upon discharge, my lung problem was on the first page of my discharge papers and strongly recommended that it be addressed.

Dr. Porcelli cannot handle his panel size and repeatedly rescheduled my annual follow up appointment now to 16 months past the previous year appointment date despite me making an appointment in December, 2021 on the day of my last appointment. I was told by his office today that they cannot even guarantee my NEW appointment rescheduled for the 3rd time now to April, 2022. I would not recommend this doctor.

Five years of care for COPD. Excellent physician, courteous and thorough. Staff very responsive to inquiries, prescriptions and urgent non-emergency care. I recommend highly .

Currently sitting in an operatory waiting for Dr. Smith at Edwards-Elmhurst. 133 Brush Hill Rd. My appointment was at 7:45 and it is 8:35. I had to get up at 5:30am so I could drive for 1 hour and 15 minutes to be here on time. This is poor service.

I can say I have been going to Dupage Medical for over 20 years. Never have I been treated so well. Even when I moved up into NE llinois, I continued going there for my medical needs. I have been to the orthopedic department more times than I can count for multiple reasons and see the dedication of Tina when I'm there. She always helps people get their problem solved or situation fixed when she can. Ive seen her go way beyond what others would do for the people that come in that office. She has made calls for people to help direct them to the right places even when the patient isn't coming to her department. Sometimes even though she tried....the situation is out of her control..but she still tries!! Ive seen it many times!! Ive never seen a more dedicated person anywhere. After 28 surgeries Ive seen alot of staff members. Tina is always there to help. She is the best ever!! Always a pleasure to see her!! Jeff Tenney

The reception team always provides excellent quality service, I would give them ten stars if I could. Tina is so kind, accommodating, and respectful to each and every patient that walks through the door. First impressions always begin upon checking in with the front desk, and my experience was nothing but positive when I was greeted by reception. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

Great experience with the receptionist Tina G, very friendly and likable person, she made sure I was in a good mood before I left the desk to fill out paperwork! 10/10

I must say, i was having crippling anxiety going into DMG because i just absolutely hate doctor appointments, but there was sunshine at the front door immediately as i walked in, it was Tina. She literally made me feel as if i was at home, not a sense of worry once i walked in and checked in. She takes her job seriously and handles things accordingly to the urgency of a situation. I will only be back to see Tina, not going to any other location unless Tina will be there. She is a valued, amazing, most intelligent worker in that facility. Not to mention, she is funny and comforting. Thank you!

Walked in to check availability on services order by my doctor and was met with attitudes and unwillingness to help. I sat there for 30mins and saw how unprofessional the receptionist was with people. Finally, I asked if I was about to be seen and the receptionist by the name of Tina told me no that I couldn't be seen even I was told 30+ mins ago I would be able to. This is the worst EE Health change management or get new receptionist and train them to help not be unprofessional and rude especially this Tina lady.

Had a very bad experience with the front desk. The receptionist by the name of Tina was not pleasant to work with. Tina has no idea how treat patients and she truly turned this ok experience into a horrible one. Stay away from this place they don't care about their patients.
