Was told that because I was only 8 minutes late, which was within the 15 min late timeframe, that I had to wait at least 30min-1hr to be seen. I truly hate how this practice has become. When it was just Dr Zietker, it was perfect. The larger it became, the worse it became. You have to make appointments almost a year in advance. And when it’s urgent, but not urgent enough for the emergency room, they schedule you 1-2 weeks out. I have been coming to this practice for 19 years and I am now finally done. It’s ridiculous. And you never see the same doctor. So many doctors that you don’t even know their names. I haven’t seen dr Ziegler in over 5 years.

My daughter has seen Dr. Zeitler since birth. She is magnificent. She listens to our concerns and genuinely cares for her pacientes. My daughter has a condition that required constant monitoring and Dr. Zeitler always goes above and beyond to call me with tests results.

Dr. Zeitler has been our pediatrician for just under 20 years. She and the Elmhurst staff have been wonderful this entire time. I have nothing but positive things to say about her and the practice. Getting an appointments , getting answers, test results were ALWAYS done in a timely manner and quite fast. Physicians and staff are not just knowledgeable, courteous and professional, they are caring and personable. My daughter did not want to leave Dr. Zeitler when she was too old to be seen by her.

She was a referral from a co-worker and has been a loving, attentive doctor for the past 15 years. She is intellegent, kind and thorough. Dr. Zeitler always takes her time with us and brings confidence about raising a healthy child.
