Dr Frank was extremely unprofessional and rude. Very dismissive of questions , when I asked a question he would not explain anything, terrible bed side manner. This guy is not deserving of your time, he’s burnt out and not invested in helping people.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Dr. Frank seemed irritable from the moment he walked in. He spent only a few minutes with me and appeared anxious to leave the entire time. He did not listen or explain anything. When I became tearful because he was so dismissive he literally closed the door on me as a was speaking. I see that he is well reviewed but I cannot imagine it based on the person I met.

One of the most arrogant, rude doctors I’ve ever seen. This isn’t about “bed side manner”. It’s about him belittling patients concerns about their health. He makes it seems like YOUR intruding on his time. Thank God for a PPO, or I would get out of this whole network just to avoid seeing him. Nurse who saw me? Rude. The Resident Doctor who saw me before Dr. Frank was 100x more professional and made him seem like the newbie. Really, he should be embarrassed. Idk if he just had a bad day or what, but if you have the option, go see someone else who will treat you like a human being.

I have spent over 3 hours the last couple of days trying to get a prescription refilled. Get put on hold with an estimated time; when that time is reached the phone rings a couple of times and then back to hold; repeat that so many times I have given up. They need serious help with their phone system. This is intolerable.

Dr Frank is an excellent communicator, thorough in his exams, conservative in his treatment recommendations. Wholistic in his treatment approach. He also refers to highly qualified therapists and surgeons when necessary. I highly recommend Dr Frank.
