For two weeks in a row I have received lousy service. I had a 10 o’clock appointment for a urinalysis last week and this week. Last week I was left sitting in the waiting room for about 25 minutes until my bladder felt like it would burst. I finally had to go to the front desk, because I saw other patients who had come in after me being taken care of by the lab. They apparently had forgotten about me. This week, I had to wait almost an hour. Once again, they apparently had forgotten about me. This delayed my treatment and caused me to miss an important event that I had scheduled after the treatment. I was told by the manager that no one knew why it happened. This does not appear to be the best place to go if you consider your time valuable. The stars are awarded are for the nurse who does my intravesical therapy treatments. He is is very good.
I wouldn't trust this hospital to take care of your loved one. My sister had cancer and she was taking chemo pills twice a day. My sister told me they were making her nauseous and gave her diarrhea. Last Sunday she was so sick she was admitted to the hospital. I talked to her Monday and Tuesday. She still had diarrhea. By Wednesday she couldn't talk any more because she was so sick yet all her vitals were good. They gave her tests for 6 days while she continued to get weaker and weaker from vomiting and diarrhea. They couldn't figure out how to treat her. She passed away on the following Saturday. I still don't understand it .
I can’t say enough how wonderful everyone at the Cancer Center is!!!
I have been getting my infusions here for years and they have always have treated me great. I’m grateful for the hard work everyone does in the infusion center.
I have bad experience in this hospital...they don't even care about the patients.
I've been a patient here for a month and have been in a few times for ultrasound, PET, CT, and CT/tomo tests and then today to meet with the amazing Christina Lavin, genetic counselor. Every visit has been truly lovely. Each staff member welcomes each patient, introduces themselves, explains what will happen at each step in the process, and provides little things for comfort like a warm blanket while napping in preparation for a contrast CT. Always calm, smiling, comforting and attentive. All appointments have started exactly on time which helps relieve anxiety as there is no stressful waiting. The facility is spotless and so beautiful. It does not feel like a hospital at all. Nice cafeteria for a snack afterwards. Free parking, too. Shout out especially to Ms. Lavin for a really extraordinary and helpful educational session today. If you should have a need for a medical genetics consult I highly recommend Christina Lavin! And thank you to medical assistant Janice for the quick and painless blood draw today. The whole team here goes above and beyond for their patients. Thank you!!
If you have someone you love do not send them here. While Dr Brown was very kind and professional his nurse is extremely lacking and rude. My mother was under his care and while she was In the hospital, she went into cardiac arrest and this nurse who barely knew my mother or us, came in (uninvited) and intruded on us, even talking my sister (who was emotionally unstable due to her illness on top of my mother's and was under a lot of stress) into having them quit trying to bring her back. Would she have survived? We will never know but I will forever have that time in my memory as one where someone who did not care nor know any of us take advantage of a very difficult time. She should have her license revoked.
We had a very smooth appointment at this infusion center. It is attached to Elmhurst Hospital and super convenient. This was a great experience for having a first-time port flush on a 4-week old port.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
