Dr. Speziale's, hand therapists have helped my son as well. Also very patient and gentle. All true professionals. We are truly blessed.

My husband met with Dr. Speziale today. I can't say enough about how positive the experience was. From Elizabeth1 who expertly guided us through obtaining transfers of our records from the derm (not an easy task on the part of the derms office) & setting up our appointment at the Lockport office, to Gloria who was just so welcoming & supportive as we were ushered to the room to see the doc. But the best is Dr. Speziale....he is so knowledgeable & patient & took time to explain the procedure that was done & his thoughts on the next steps. If you are looking for a fantastic hand specialist & supporting staff, Dr. Speziale & his staff are the best!

I highly recommend Dr. Speziale, he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. Dr. Speziale and his staff accommodated me right away after a serious hand injury and I feel I have recovered 100%. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Everything was explained to me and all of my questions were answered and the Dr. Was very patient.

Great Doctor very professional. Was nervous about my injury but his confidence and ability to read his patients to joke with me to calm me down was awesome. Had my injury looked at and repaired in the same visit, which I’m still in shock there was no wait for the surgery.

Dr.Nicholas Speziale, MD, is a Very Great specialist since the first day I meet him I knew I was in the right place. He understood my pain even though the Company I work for was giving him a hard time to approve my needed treatment. He did my surgery 2 months ago and now I'm almost ready to go back to work. I will totally recommend him and the Ladies in The Ocupational Hand Therapy they always make me feel at home and have a Very Good environment:) Thank you
