Olympia Chiropractic & Physical Therapy - Elmhurst's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been going to Olympia Chiro for about eight weeks now for physical therapy, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about my progress. All of the doctors here (I have seen them all) are thorough in explaining each step of the treatment and take the time to address any concerns I have. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, which has made my visits something I actually look forward to. I’ve seen a significant improvement in my mobility and pain levels, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of chiropractic care or physical therapy.

I do not recommend, perhaps for people with money but disabled veterans I highly advise against this facility, it is worse than the struggles we already have with the VA. In addition to my other PTSD, this facility is also PTSD trigger. DO NOT CALL/CONTACT/EMAIL CEASE AND DESIST initial consult doctor agreed to fill out paperwork later doctor refused fill out medical required forms as a result this has caused debt, terminated from employment pain is too high to obtain employment. needless to say I stopped going and will never return. asked numerous times to get updated imaging as the images provided durig consult was prior to more damages, nothing was ordeded. asked for medical documents to share with the VA and primary doc, nothing has been shared. while the staff has a good understanding of pt, it does not trump the need for patient to first have stable living. it was told several times that housing was needed, had the forms been completed, I would not have been terminated from my 6 figure salaried job, an employer I had over 8 years, with 23 years of experience. doc has a godlike complex, argumentative and disrespectful when continually asked to fill out the needed paperwork. It has been over 4 months, now thanks to this I will NEVER go to a doctor all trust is gone. This was also communicated to the doctor on the first visit as it was apparent that doctors in the US do not listen to patient. with a limited scope of someone medical history it is beyond persumption to even think anyone can understand the life of military personnel, especially those who volunteered after 9.11.01, our bodies were pushed beyond limits and my struggles have been going on over half my life, not including other hospitilazations I have had.

I went to olympia Chiro after a car accident. I brought my children also who were in the accident with me. Dr Dave saw us and has been treating us. I have never been to an office that was so organized, helpful, and compassionate. When I briught my 18 month old and my 11 yr old one doctor kept my active 18 month old busy while i did paperwork. The level of care is unparalleled. Dr Dave was so sweet, tender, and compassionate with my childrena nd reassured them what is going on and how they will feel relief. I have perosnally been to a handful of chiropractors over the years and have never had a doctor get this accurat eand be willing to try different modalities. I am forever grateful for dr dave and the staff here

Front desk older woman, Anna, extremely rude ! I will no longer be taking my father here after the way she treated him when he mentioned a concern to her. she's awful!!!!!

Mike, Brent, George and Anna are the best. Knowledgable, supportive and they really challenge you. Best chiropractor and physical therapy I have been to ever! Great team and great culture.

Ive had a fantastic experience at Olympia Chiropractic. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the Doctor has taken the time to understand my concern and The treatment made a noticeable difference in my pain levels, Highly recommend for anyone seeking effective chiropractic care!

The staff at Olympia are amazing! I’ve been lucky to work with Dr. Brent, Antoinette, George, Mike, and Chris. All of them have gone above and beyond to help me. Anna, Maricella, and Arelly at the front desk are always extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you to everyone at Olympia for making this such a positive experience. For anyone looking for PT/Chiropractic services, I highly recommend them!

All the staff are amazing and make you feel comfortable from the start. All physical therapist I have worked with—two being Logan and Mike—has helped improved my mobility from the injuries I’ve sustained.
