List of Patrick J. Lynch's Reviews
He was gonna perform my second colonoscopy but was concerned cause my BP was high. I understood he didn't wanna take a risk with my life. I'll wait for a another opportunity.
Shocked how uninformed he was with all things COVID. After doing my due diligence I decided not to get the COVID vaccine but Dr. Lynch would not write a letter to my employer simply explaining I was being treated by him for Crohn's Disease. This was before any vaccines were even approved by the FDA mind you. I was shocked and disappointed to say the least. Haven't heard from his office since my request was denied, and I don't plan on returning.
It was a bad and painful experience. I met with the doctor (Patrick J. Lynch) on August 5, 2021 and he checked me for my food not going down problem and booked me for Motility Test on August 11, 2021). Yesterdays, I Was there ahead of time and waited for about an hour for the test which started late. Before the test started nobody at the desk or the nurses who performed this procedure without a specialist doctor told me that the doctor is absent and I was not notified ahead of time. To best of knowledge and study this test cannot be performed without the presence and help of a specialist doctor. The nurses disclosed it during the procedure and I had no option left but to cooperate with them. I did not even know if these nurses were licensed, authorized and qualified enough to do this test. Both of them seemed incompetent and doing the experiment on me over and over which caused me sever pain, breathing and throwing out with little bleeding. I was frighten and crying with pain. The doctor did not show up till the last moment of the test and till I was discharged. After unsuccessfully completing this test (the nurses themselves told me that the results are not coming as expected) they will forward it to doctor. During and after the test I was in sever pain and breathing was difficult for me but they immediately gave me discharge without giving me any medicine for pain and a bleeding still continued when I threw and spitted out. I was helpless and highly disappointed by the nurses' incompetence and dishonesty as well doctor's absence and irresponsible behavior at the day of procedure without giving me a prior notice about it. In that painful and helpless situation I was told to leave and drive back home by myself. I was also dizzy and It was hard to walk towards parking lot, sit in the car and drive back home. I had to call my wife at work who was one hour away and could not come to help me drive back home. I sat down in my car kept spitting out with little blood in it. It took me almost one hour to settle, gather my senses and strength to drive back home. Thank God I made it. None of the nurses who performed this faulty and injurious procedure called me to check how I am doing all the day long yesterday and till this hour today. I am still in pain in lower and upper part of throat and without any medicine. I have gone through this kind of pain and unprofessional behavior of Elmhurst hospital's specialist's and their staff before too and hospital's administration has been notified about it but nothing has changed. However, my primary doctors of this hospital have always been very kind and caring with me but their nurses are terrible, highly unprofessional and always mess up with my medicine. It is shame I may have to inform the State authorities about it this time. Truly, Syed Zafar

Dr. Lynch is a fantastic doctor. He listens carefully and answers questions in ways to easily understand. I have lost track of how many years it's been; I will never find another doctor as professional and personable as him.
Dr. Patrick Lynch is a wonderful doctor. He cares for his patients and takes his time. He made special arrangements to see my special needs daughter who has been a patient of his for over 15 years. I would recommend him to anyone.
I’ve seen Dr. lynch off and on for many years now if you have any medical issues he orders test and get to the bottom of it. He is and excellent doctor I highly recommend him.
Met him several years ago and was so impressed so when I needed his advice made an appt.
Dear Dr.J.Lynch. Please accept my deepest thanks for taking care of me. Best regards.
I have been to many doctors, but I have NEVER had a Dr. call me personally, not once but twice. Dr. Lynch is one of the most caring doctors I have ever known. He listens to your concerns and then addresses them fully.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process.
