Said he doesn't want to rock the boat and change anything as I was doing well. But all of a sudden I couldn't get prescriptions and he would leave me high and dry. No good. Don't go o him

Ever since Katherine joined her father and they replaced some of the front office staff they have been horrible to deal with. Constant attitudes from the office staff, vulgar language, blaming us for filling medication "at the last minute" when it was requested week prior. They also told us that my mom should see a different doctor. They have no professionalism nor does the staff care. The last time my mom was in the hospital she was in there for a week and not once did either of the doctors come to see her. I think I will have my mom see a different doctor just to get away from the toxic cesspool that is the office staff.

Dr. Paul Baubly is truly caring and compassionate and provides care which is thorough and considers the whole person. I have been his patient for years and very satisfied. However, the office staff are generally not very helpful, actively block access to the doctor, and, in the case of the office manager quite rude and uncaring to patients. I have been considering a change because of the difficulty they are creating.

No, I would not recommend him. My elderly parents were being bullied into signing up for Connected Care. When my parents refused they were screamed at and verbally abused by the office staff and the doctor ignored the situation! I’ve never in my life heard such verbal abuse from adult to elderly people!

Office staff was incredibly rude and verbally abusive to my elderly parents. The office staff pushed Connected Care program on my parents and they wanted to think about it. When my parents did not sign up one of the office staff ladies, Jessica, started yelling at my mother and saying, "don't give me that attitude..." and continued to verbally bully my elderly mother. Then the doctor, who heard everything, just walked on by ignoring the situation. Needless to say, My adult siblings and myself will NOT allow this abuse nor allow my parents to be a patient of this man and his office staff.

Dr. Kathryn Baubly is a caring, professional physician. I am very pleased with her care. The staff are amazing. I highly recommend.
