Phyllis Chang's Online Review Report Card

I had the best experience with Dr. Chang, her uplifting personality and genuine care for my concerns almost made me forget that her colleagues were so horrible to me. She is the best doctor at her practice and made my experience a 10/10!

The best physician ever, she’s more like a “10”. She answered all of my questions, very understanding, sensible, compassionate. She has my complete trust.

The world best dr ever. Yes its hard to see her because everyone wants to see her but she never rush , she care about every single patient and take the best care of them. She delivered my two sons I was so blessed to have her. And all the staffs at the hospital even love her. Every time I say my dr is dr chang, every one says “you have the best dr” So I do not mind calling three months ahead to get an appointment with her although i work full time night shift.

I just began seeing her a year ago - sure wish I could see her again! The Doctor is wonderful but I am rating her so low because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to schedule a stupid annual exam with her. What is the point in having her as your doctor if you cannot even see her!!! They don’t allow you book appointments as you leave for your annual for the next year. So it it incumbent upon hon to start calling the office two months before you are supposed to see her to TRY to get an appointment. Ha! GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!! I have been trying for 3 months!!! I also have a JOB and don’t have the time to play this little lottery to try to get in to see her. I’ve NEVER had to deal with this with any other doctor or discipline. If she is too booked all the time then STOP TAKING NEW PATIENTS!

Dr Chang is the best dr I ever had. She is so sweet and nice. This was my first time being pregnant, I was so nervous and worried about everything. But, Dr Chang always put my worries at ease. She always answered my long list of questions I had at every appointment. Highly recommend her!

Being pregnant i was told i needed to meet with all the Drs. and i was delighted to have Dr. Chang as one of them. I went for a fetal heart rate check up but due to having some light spotting a few days prior she squeezed me in for an ultrasound instead. She didn't have to do that but the "just to make sure everything is ok" even with a tight schedule, showed me she cares for her patients health and babies. She is very kind and answered my questions and future concerns. Highly recommend Dr.Chang

I've been seeing Dr. Chang for about 4 years, very kind and caring doctor. I've had a recurring problem that finally had to result in a hysterectomy and she was supportive throughout the whole ordeal. She was always positive and offered words of encouragement when it was determined this was the best route for my overall health. Is good about answering questions and always makes sure you understand exactly what is happening with your health. Office and waiting room is always clean and neat. Never overcrowded with people and wait time is short. Dr. Chang is the best and she has gained a patient in me for life!!

Dr Phyllis Chang is truly amazing. She is the best doctor I have seen. She always has time to answer all your questions however silly they sometimes are. She makes you feel very comfortable. When I was pregnant, I picked a hospital 40 miles away rather than one within 15 miles just because of Dr. Chang. Pregnancy can be a long and an arduous process, but having Dr. Chang as my OB-GYN made the whole thing so much more easier. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch OB-GYN.

Wonderful MD. Takes her time with each patient and makes you feel comfortable during every procedure. She keeps note of different things about your personal life which is a very rare thing with physicians. Coming from a healthcare worker, I understand the stress and high volume of people you have to see, Dr. chang never makes you feel rushed out of the office.

Dr Chang OMG she is angel, best Dr ever. She never treat me as a patient she treat me as a friend. She was the greatest support and motivation in our journey. If I could give more then 5 star I would give her 1000 start. Love to see Dr Chang and love her positive effect.
