Truly an amazing staff all around rather it was at the Skokie office or Oakbrook. I always felt comfortable and they were easy to talk to when making small talk. If it wasn’t for RMI and Dr. Nayak, I wouldn’t be in the position I am now. There was a part of me that had lost hope, after two unsuccessful IVF cycles, but with Dr. Nayak and her team, we figured out a plan, she listen to my concerns and I can now say we are expecting a little miracle in the fall. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU for giving me hope again.
I would not recommend RMI to anyone seeking fertility assistance. Their nursing staff is kind, but the management is rude and unreasonable. I brought valid concerns to their attention (e.g., billing errors, medical errors, including blood being drawn without need and tested for the wrong parameters) and while they initially admitted to their mistakes and apologized to me, the next day I was dropped in the middle of a monitored letrozole cycle by Laura Wright, who proceeded to insult me personally and yell at me as I cried when they told me to never call again. She hung up on me repeatedly and cited my crying as an example of how I am a "rude, mean person". I have never observed such unprofessional manner from anyone - Laura Wright should be ashamed of herself. In addition to the rude and unprofessional behavior, it was also medically unsafe. It turns out I had become pregnant under their care that cycle, but since they dropped me mid-cycle they had no way of knowing or did not care to followup. Unfortunately, it was an ectopic pregnancy, so both my life and my future fertility were potentially threatened. Had they been a responsible healthcare provider, they would have at least seen me through my last monitored cycle before dropping me (again, for asking questions about ACTUAL medical and billing errors that they themselves admitted to and apologized for). That way, they could have identified the ectopic pregnancy earlier and I could have potentially avoided surgery. I simply cannot recommend this place to anyone, they have no empathy and apparently no care for the health or future of their 'patients' (more like 'customers' to Laura Wright). Moreover, their repeated errors in billing, incorrect prescriptions, and incorrect bloodwork orders made the whole process extremely stressful and difficult as I had to check everything that was being done (in addition to the stress of having infertility issues). Do yourself a favor and do not come to this clinic. They will insult you if you speak up on your behalf, and only care about your money. We have had a great experience. Everyone is very nice and very helpful
This was the WORST reproductive institute- and I am writing this review after going to other reproductive clinics. This is NOT a review based on my success rate of pregnancy, but a review on the initial consultation and first appointment for egg freezing. I'll start with all they care about is money. When I went in for blood work and an ultra sound (which also was a horrible experience and I'll get to that), I went to the front desk to find out next steps, i.e when I should expect to get my results, and she immediately goes "have you spoke to the billing department, the cost is ~$5K, are you ready to pay right now?"...I just got my blood work done, I don't know if I'm going forward with the egg freezing process and I need to talk to a doctor first about next steps. I ended up telling them I would not pay for the process yet since I need to get my results first. They charged me over $600 for the blood work and ultra sound. I am now working with a different clinic and I sent them my blood work and ultra sound and they were shocked the ultra sound result didn't include some crucial information. After coming the lab work and ultra sound from both, I can see how much more thorough other clinics are. (UPDATE: 2 months later and they randomly charged me another $200. Out of the blue, I have no statement from them, I am not working with them. When I called they said this was for the consultation they that "forgot" to charge me for. I am looking at my bill and I was already charged for the consultation according to the itemized copy. All they care about here is money.) Now let me get to the Dr. Trukhacheva. I was not impressed with her during my consultation and after speaking to other doctors, I have a good comparison of what a "good" doctor should be. I had some serious questions about my ovulation and lack of period with my birth control. The reply to all my questions was basically "yeah yeah that's fine." After speaking to other doctors at different clinics, when I brought up my concerns to other doctors, they said we can do these tests to confirm I'm still ovulating and based on the results we would see if I have to go off birth control for a couple months before I freeze my eggs. Luckily after those tests, I found out I was still ovulating normally. I won't get into every question I asked, but I can say that the doctor I'm speaking to know was more thorough and thoughtful on making sure I'm optimizing my body for egg freezing, where Dr. Trukhacheva seemed like she just wanted a new client to pay her as soon as possible.
I cannot be clearer: do not come to RMI. Their providers are okay. But the billing department is the most incompetent group of people that I’ve ever worked with. My husband and I had to fight lazy, unpleasant people every step of the way to just file the right claims to save us thousands of dollars. At one point I had to three way call in a representative from my insurance company to tell the person in charge of billing what to do. She accused my insurance representative of fraud. When we finally told them that the experience was unsatisfactory, they immediately said they would no longer do business with us and dropped us in the middle of an IVF round. No notice.
The nurses and staff at RMI are very professional and caring. I worked with Dr Rana. On my seventh fertility treatment I was blessed with my son! Thank you RMI!
The Staff took great care of us and has helped us with 2 successful pregnancies!
The office I primarily used with RMI was Northbrook but I also went to the Evanston and Oakbrook offices several times. I cannot possibly say enough wonderful things about all of them. The entire staff from the receptionist, Ann, the nurses, Tracy, Judy (and others whose names I cannot recall at the moment), the lab technicians, and of course Dr. Nayak were amazing. I always felt welcome, supported and cared about. Every single person I interacted with was helpful and kind. I felt informed every step of the way and my questions and concerns were always addressed. When I needed something after hours, the nurse on call never seemed inconvenienced at the late phone call and whenever I needed something called in or a prescription moved to a different pharmacy, they always made it happen and quickly! I lost track of the number of times I called them in a panic, crying about something and was always taken seriously and helped. My experience with RMI, Dr. Nayak and the staff at the various locations was absolutely phenomenal. I have referred 2 friends there already and would recommend them to anyone seeking fertility treatment! It was not just successful, it was the best possible treatment team I can imagine working with!
Dr. Rinehart and his staff were amazing. We beat the odds and I had my daughter on July 9th. Thank you to them always and forever.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
