I have been a patient with Dr Sklar for the last few years he is an amazing doctor and takes his time and goes into details and he is taking care of his patients!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I been coming to the RPW for 2 years now. The office staff is the one of the worst staff I ever have seen. The attitude of the staff needs to be fixed, they need a costumer experience course. When I call for a question they always come with an attitude a million other questions without answering my inicial question. During the time of me coming here I was putting on thyroid medication during my pregnancy. After my pregnancy I was told to continue taking my medication. Also they told me to come every month to check my thyroid levels which I did for over a year. After continue coming every month for the whole year I decided to try another doctor and was told that I didn’t need to take the thyroid medication and didn’t need to check my thyroid levels every month. I went to 3 different doctors and they all told me the same thing. This is very unprofessional of RPW and they ARE A MONEY HUNGRY BUSSINES. I don’t know if anybody else is going through this, but beware to check another doctor. I recently called to make an appointment for a IUD REMOVAL, but they would no take me without checking my THYROID and doing a PEP / ANUAL CHECK even if I told I recently did one a couple weeks ago. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! They are no HONEST people. How SAD!

The doctors are good, however the rest of the office is an absolute train wreck. Most nurses will refuse to identify themselves over the phones. Your appointments will constantly be canceled or rescheduled. Everytime I go in for one appointment they screw something up and I have to come back to redo something. It’s almost like they make more from your insurance company this way. If you ask to have a doctor call you, the nurses will ignore the requests. They lost my blood work. When it happened, the nurse brushed it off and recommended I skip my genetic testing or do it sometime later. After insisting I speak with the doctor I recieved very different advice. You’ll spend most time dealing with the lazy staff, not the doctors. I’ve spent months contacting the office manager, Nicole about issues. Nothing has ever improved or been resolved. Very few people in this office care about their jobs and your health and it shows. If you’re pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant, avoid the stress and pick a different doctor.

I love all the drs here!! Dr Casey delivered my baby. Let me say, how motivating she was. Encouraging. Sweet. Caring. I LOVE HER!!!!! I wish she could be my dr for a life time

Dr Kossoris is the best! She is attentive, friendly, helpful, and listens carefully to every question and doubt I have. Nobla I saw many times during my pregnancy but I did my C-section and the scar was beautiful! highly recommended her. what is a bit tedious is to arrive at the office on time or 10 minutes before as they ask you and wait 20-30 minutes for the doctors to attend you but everything else is super good

I wouldn't recommend this group. My first pregnancy went well until I was over a week past due date and was having irregular contractions. Called Dr Sklar who said because they contractions weren't increasing in intensity or time I wasn't in labor and advised I take a warm bath. Hubs and I decided something wasn't right and went to hospital anyway to get looked at. Dr Sklar was surprised to see me, but then when examining said it was good I came in because the baby was in distress. He broke my water immediately. Scary to think I may have lost my child if I followed doctors advice. Second pregnancy I had another bad experience with Dr Casey. Had a concern I discussed with Dr Casey. She blew off my concern telling me that couldn't happen. After my child was hospitalized at 4 days old for the very concern I brought up I was furious. I don't expect doctors to know everything and if she didn't know she should have looked into it instead of pretending to know more than she did! Needless to say I chose a different practice for my 3rd pregnancy which went very well.

CAUTION ! They are moving their practice to Advocate Aurora network (not physically moving office) and this means they will only take Advocate Aurora approved insurance carriers. Good chance if you carry an HMO - you are no longer covered and need to find a new doctors practice. The additional FUN FACT is they’ve not notified all of their patients - nothing on their website - no signs in the office.

They are transferring to another medical group that our insurance doesn't cover. However they have not once mentioned this to us. We have been to 3 visits since the announcement became public, yet nothing is posted in the office about the change and staff aren't talking. We found this out from another patient who had received a letter. My wife is over halfway through her pregnancy and now we have to scramble to find a new practice as our insurance will not cover any visits or the birth once the change over is final. They are also terrible on being on time. They regularly don't see you until 30-45 minutes after your scheduled visit. My wife has also been waiting for a call from 2 different doctors in the practice for almost 2 weeks due to some potential complications....and it's been radio silence. Avoid this place if you care about your sanity.
