Grateful he was willing to do my surgery but he didn't get it all after making a special appointment to make sure he would get it all the week of surgery! Turned out to be cancer edge to edge stage 3! Not his fault. Mammogram people said it was insignificant. Can't stop thinking how this might have been better if he had gotten it all. :( So sad!

Had an emergency appendectomy yesterday evening. What a wonderful doctor. Very kind and patient. I was in excellent hands and I'm doing great.

Highly recommended, very professional, great bedside manner, explained everything he would be doing very through, I had an anterior fusion(spine surgery through the front of body) he was the surgeon to make the incision to get to my spine. It healed very quickly, very straight, and smaller than expected, very thankful I was referred to him, everything I would want in a surgeon.

Office staff not realfriendly.. asked me a lot of nosy personal questions.. Felt rushed with doctor. ,seemed like he had a lot on his mind.. did do a good job with my gall bladder surgery however.

Performed lumpectomy on my wife. Outstanding surgeon and individual. Highly recommended. My wife and I were both in health care for 40 years, and on the medical staff at EMH for 30 years. Steve is highly regarded amongst his peers.
