I’m a senior citizen and have a lot of medical issues and concerns. I have always had my medical doctor in Elmhurst IL. Unfortunately, my primary doctor retired. So I decided to make Dr Carillo my primary doctor. It’s very unfortunate how I have been treated by her staff. I’ve been put on hold for long periods of time and then been treated rudely. I try to see doctor Carillo for my medical concerns and I’m always told to go to a walk in clinic. Why have a primary doctor that you’re unable to see when it really matters. I will be looking for a new primary doctor. One who actually cares for her patients.

Unfortunately I was unable to see the Dr. to give her a rating. This is solely based on the receptionist who sits to the left of the desk. She has the nastiest disposition, lack of empty, very rude over the phone and in person. She places you on the phone as soon as she picks up the phone as I found out after calling 5 times. When I walked in the office she just stared at me and looked back at her computer then said “name”. No greeting, just an horrible attitude. Very poor customer service. I Will never go back to this facility, the disorganized chaos in the parking lot was just the icing on the cake.
