Dr. Culliane and Suzanne his nurse are absolutely wonderful he I give a five. His office staff needs to go, especially his new staff that can't read a fax from a pharmacy and then calls someone else's phone requesting my information. And I have the attitude because they can't call in a preauthorization to insurance.

Very knowledgeable nice man . Other staff that works here is very polite.I have been seeing him for years. Building is always nice and clean.He has helped me tremendously for years. Donna G.

I saw Dr Cullinane years ago and liked him very much. I tried to reach out to him again and was told by the office staff that I needed to prepay for my visit and that he was overbooked so I would be seeing one of his associates. I prepaid hundreds of dollars and was seen by a very rude, unprofessional and unqualified nurse practitioner named Mary. She didn't listen to a word I said. She was too busy looking up things on her computer. I was in tears and looking for someone to help me, instead she insulted me and questioned my mothering skills! Outrageous!!! I have no idea how she is qualified to work with people with mental illness or just to work with people at all! Right after our session she took my private medical records into Dr Cullinane and showed him! I saw her do it! After all of that, the staff has the nerve to send me a bill for 5$!!! So unbelievable!!! So unprofessional!!! I have asked for my money back and have been ignored.

We need more physicians in psychology. He is the kindest man. I am blessed to have him. Healthcare in general needs help.

After seeing Dr. Cullinane for months i have to say he is the worst doctor who ever treated me. I went to him on a Thursday with my ailments (30 differnt ailments) by Friday afternoon I was in ICU. His last words to me after voicing my concerns were.... "I hope you have a great holiday, here's your prescription." I was having a severe prescription drug interaction and he pushed me out the door. I spent the next month in a place I never should of been. He destroyed my trust in medicine. I missed Thanksgiving with my family and I'll never forgive him.

Not up to date He overmedicated me to the point I could hardly function. When Mary Smith took his place during his illness, her treatment of me left me more depressed and in tears. Obviously, she was an emergency stand in with poor patient advice. Only good for refills.Avoid. He needs to retire.

He has been my sister’s doctor for more 25 years He has been there not only for my sister but also to help me understand her diagnosis. With her bipolar, it has been hard at times and complicated. Bipolar doesn’t have easy treatment. It depends lot of variables. Also I learned let him know what has changed for her and about since when. Even if I give him note about it. It helps understand my sister’s situation.

He’s got me on a handful of meds and when they run out he takes forever to get a refill. He’s got me on an addictive medication and I’ve had to withdraw from it multiple times. You can’t get a response the same day and the state laws prevent you from refilling early, the pharmacist won’t even submit it to the doctor early. I have two prescriptions I struggle to get refilled.
