Dr Muneer is very knowledgable and experienced in her field of medicine. Your kids are in safe hands.

I am hesitant to give Dr. Muneer a bad review, because she's an awesome doctor. But I received a phone call today canceling my children's well visit appointments with less than 24 hours notice. I booked them nearly 2 months ago, as that was the first available. I can understand if there's an emergency (and would not leave a bad review in that situation), but I was told they are not doing most well visits currently and I'd have to rebook 45+ days from now. The office charges $40 if you cancel without 24 hours notice. Yet they canceled all 3 of my children's long scheduled well visits with less than 24 hours notice. And I can't rebook for nearly 2 months. When I already waited 2 months. I scheduled time off work. I emailed the school to be able to pick the kids up early. And they canceled on me for an administrative reason. I am very frustrated about this. I genuinely like Dr. Muneer and want her to be my kid's pediatrician. But the administrative staff has caused this situation, and it reflects very poorly on the entire office. I plan on telling every parent in Elmhurst not to ever use this office for any reason. Edit: I spoke to the escalations team that posted the form response before I posted this. They were unable to resolve it. It just proves how terrible managed this practice is that they'd reply telling me to contact someone I already contacted and couldn't help.

First time taking my 7month old baby to doctor Uzma, Muneer. Felt like she actually cares about her patients. She attended us right on time. She also gave me tips and articles to read to help baby development. Really helpful since I’m a first time mom. The nurses there are also really nice. Thank you!

Dr Muneer has seen all 3 of my girls (including twins) since they were born. She is very efficient and offers great communication and bedside manner. She is attentive and thorough, yet quick! She answers messages quickly and is proactive. My girls have seen most of the pediatricians in the Elmhurst medical group and Dr Muneer is my favorite. It's worth the drive to be in good hands with her! Highly recommend her!

She seems nice but she also seemed to be in a rush. I want a doctor who is not in a rush, makes one feel awkward.

Dr. Muneer has been both of my children's pediatrician since birth. My oldest (almost 2 years old) loves her and isn't scared to go to the doctor. She explains things well, takes her time during the appointment, and makes efforts to get to know her patients so they feel more comfortable coming in. We've also been able to message her through the online portal if the kids are ever sick and she responds fairly quickly. Amazing pediatrician!

Dr. Muneer is amazing. She listens and she CARES. That is very important to me. I selected her for my youngest 3 years ago and when I moved my older babies, I chose her for my oldest daughter. She is very good with both of them. She’s available and is invested in her kids (patients).

I love how she takes care of my girls. She takes her time to check my kids. I am glad she is with Edward-Elmhurst Health.
