Weil Foot And Ankle Institute's Online Review Report Card

After seeing a foot doctor at another practice with no results, I decided to try a different doctor. I've seen Dr. Kaleta twice in the last few weeks, once in Naperville and again in Elmhurst. I feel she has correctly diagnosed my condition and has me on the path to recovery. My only regret is that I didn't go see her first.

Fabulous team: doctors, medical assistants and office staff. Have worked with all doctors and they are great! This time, Dr Arain helped my son with a broken toe. Easy to schedule, efficient appointment and clean office. Highly recommend!

We love Dr. McNeill!! She is so personable and down to earth. She is amazing with children and parents. I am completely confident in her assessments and the breadth of knowledge she has. She is just wonderful!

Dr. Arain was thorough. She really looked at my feet, manipulating the foot and toes. Xrays were taken and discussed. Most importantly a plan was developed. She explained things really, really well.

As a couple of other people have posted, I have had a horrible billing experience here that has completely overshadowed the experience (positive) with Dr. Doyle. I have had a year(!) long billing battle about orthotics I was told were preapproved to be fully covered by my insurance, but were subsequently not covered. $800 for orthotics in the middle of a pandemic where I am at home 95% of the time, that I never would have done at this point had I known would not be covered, and had I known that my doctor's office would hang me out to dry on instead of help me get this resolved. I called the office several times, sometimes spoke with someone who was helpful, sometimes met with rudeness, and left a handful of voicemails that were never returned. I left messages saying I had called my insurance company and gotten the codes needed for the missing information they needed. Instead of calling me back to help figure this out together, Prairie Path sent my bill to collections. They did at one point offer to lower the cost if I paid half of the bill, but when I called back to discuss the information I received from my insurance company when I called them (codes and information needed to review the claim and potentially get them fully covered as promised), I never received a call back. Twice. Then a bill from collections. As another reviewer noted, it seems they are way less interested in their patients than in the insurance companies. I did read some reviews prior to making my first appointment and should have heeded the billing warnings, but alas, I did not. At the very same time my insurance was denying my orthotics claim, my spouse, under the same insurance, got fully-covered orthotics through a different doctor. So it sounds like we just needed someone to go to bat for us with the insurance company to get this submitted properly and covered fully. As much as I hate to write a negative review like this when overall I think they do good work, I am beyond disappointed at the level of customer service and concern regarding patients and billing.

Dr. Doyle and her medical assistants were wonderful. I was treated for an ingrown toenail and the procedure was simple, with very little pain and fast healing. I'm so satisfied that I plan on returning to do the toe from the other foot. If you're looking for a nice place with professional and caring doctors, look no further! 😊

Dr. Doyle and her staff are wonderful. They are welcoming, friendly and my exams have been very thorough and my issues addressed. Dr. Doyle explains everything and I mean everything in terms that are clear and precise. I love going here.

We have had several family members see Dr. Doyle for different issues. The staff is friendly, efficient, and explains everything very clearly. Dr. Doyle is very responsive to questions and personally follows up with us post procedures.

The staff here are very nice and helpful, I wish I would have come here first instead of wasting my time with urgent care. They immediately were able to diagnose what the problem was with my foot. Overall, the office staff and medical personel are friendly, and know how to treat their patients well :)
