This receptionist was so rude and very unprofessional. I definitely cancelled any appointments w her. After trying to schedule an appointment she rudly burst out saying if I need to cancel they can charge me $150 really? No thanks not going back to office

Dr bakos is very kind and she's a patient advocate yes she requires referrals and proper documentation but she will always directly in the way to do it I've been with her over 10 years and she does know her business. She's very professional and personable.

Very VERY unprofessional.. seems like this office will only care if you have good insurance but if not they will not care and they will show it. My grandmother has the medical card and both the Dr and her assistants seemed to be bothered by her insurance. Received very little help from the Dr.. wasted my time because all she did was refer us to another specialist.

My Aunt sees Dr. Bakos and has two insurances, the Dr. told her she should get rid of one so she can afford to pay for her glasses. I think this was outrageous of the Dr.. She has no business giving input on insurance when she knows nothing about the situation. She ought to stick to being a Doctor.

I had a wart growing on my left upper eyelid and left lower eyelid, covering some eye lashes. She showed me a close up picture of the warts. She protected my eyes. She explained everything she did, and lasered the warts. Dr. Bakos told me my tissue would fill in where the warts were removed. I was amazed at how fast the procedure was and my eyelashes grew back in! My left eye looks beautiful again! Dr. Bakos is great! She has a friendly staff, clean office, very accommodating!

She is the best. She was the only one that found taht my dad had a brain tumor that none of his regular doctors had found. My husband and now go to her.
