I schedule an appt 3 month ago(soonest available) on day of appt I talked to Insurance and they tell me she's no longer in network. Called the office and they say she takes the insurance, call insurance again and they garantee she's not in network. Missed my appt. DO BETTER RUSH!

Dr. Valdez is a wonderful physician. She is kind, empathetic, very knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile without any prompting. You’d be doing yourself a favor being seen by her.

Dr. Valdez is an excellent physician. She is easy to talk to, is very thorough, asks the right questions, is a patient and responsive listener and ensures that she and the hospital network have current and accurate information on my history. Having moved several times it’s difficult to find a good doctor. I’m grateful that I found Dr. Valdez.

If I can only give her 10 stars. Dr. Valdez gave me the diagnosis that no other Dr. in more than 10 years, she listens and understands and is extremely knowledgeable on her profession, highly recommended.

Not HAES friendly but good PCP overall Dr. Valdez is not someone I would consider a Health at Every Size (HAES) provider; however, aside from that she provided all the essentials that one might look for in a PCP. From ensuring I was updated on the labs to providing the referrals that she felt I needed. She then offered telehealth or in-person appointments which is great for accessibility. I will also say that I thought it was great that she is Latina as that was an identity that you don't see often in the healthcare field for doctors and truly can make an impact in understanding patients who have that same identity.

Dr. Valdez is fantastic. Her supporting staff are just fine in my experience as well - They don't exactly jump up and do a little dance for you when you walk in, but I did not find them "rude" as a couple of negative reviews here described them. I suspect Karens.

The world needs more Drs like her Yesenia has been the only Dr in almost 10 years that really listened to me and helped me find the root of my problem. I cannot be more happy that I found her.

Dr. Valdez Is one of the best doctors that I have met. She is very knowledgeable and has been very thorough at every visit. She listens to all your concerns and takes your thoughts into consideration. She is the only doctor that I recommend to everyone that I know.
