The check in process needs some work, but the staff of pt's..nurses, and doctors are top notch! Dr. Whiteley who is my doctor is fantastic! I followed her from another location. I would recommend Erie health to all..

We love this place. They’re always on schedule, we make an appointment and we always go in right on time.Dr. Sarah Lambeth is awesome. Always helpful and there for us.

Worst place ever! Tried to schedule my prenatal visit it’s been 3 weeks of waiting and no one gives me a call back the ladies who pick up the phone don’t schedule appointments so then why do they answer the phone?!! Worst clinic ever

this entire medical system, not just this location is the worse! i have requested my sons medical records and immunization records 3 times! they say it'll take 7-10 business days to receive. the first time nothing for months so when i finally decide to leave erie i request them again with an appointment scheduled out a fews weeks...nothin received! i call again like what is the problem and they're like we don't see anything in the system about request made! i already had to cancel his appointment once and now im forced to cancel again. all in hopes to really get them this time! they wait time just to get on the phone with someone is crazy but thats understandable, you guys are busy. cool. but busy doing what!??? you have me sit on the phone verify info say you understand my frustration and tell me okay great i put the request through and noted its urgent for your son appointment blah blah. just to not get what i need and hear the next time i call that they dont see anything! stay away!!!

My doctors, Dr.Lambeth is absolutely excellent, she's calm yet easy to talk to. I also see Dr. Alavi who is also very wonderful. Dr. Lambeth even suggested an interesting book for me to read about when it came to the process of wanting to raise my son well, yet still live my life, called bringing up bébé. Have had a difficult experience in the past with help staff getting Medicaid, but granted being self employed I knew it was a bit more complex. When I made them aware of the problem, a new caseworker was quick to assist! Overall satisfied with my visits.

At Evanston´s Erie we always  receive  tratado muy bien. Servicio en español e inglés en todos los  niveles, asesoría de salud física y mental, costos accesibles. El  personal médico y de servicios es súper atento y evita que gastes en  tratamientos innecesarios. At Evanston´s Erie we where always very  good treated. Service in Spanish and English at all levels, advice in  physical and mental health, affordable. The medical and administrative  staff is super attentive and works to prevent unnecessary medical  expenses.

I found the front desk service very efficient as well as the doctors being very thorough with explaining health information and procedures.

BEWARE OF DR. JUDITH HOROWITZ GLASSENBERG. I WENT IN FOR MY BABYS 8 MONTH CHECK UP. SHE SAID HE IS REQUIRED 4 SHOTS AND I ASKED WHICH ONES SHE NEVER MENTION THE FLU SHOT. LUCKILY THE NURSE ASKED WHEN SHE CAME IN FOR THE SHOTS. SHE SEEM VERY EVASIVE. EVERY DR MENTIONS THE FLU SHOT! IM VERY DISAPPOINTED & WILL NVR COME HERE BECAUSE OF HER NEGLIGENCE.

Very poor customer service. The office is dysfunctional and the departments don't communicate. I would give them a zero if I could.
