John A Vainder's Online Review Report Card

My brother had a very negative experience with him. In an emergency situation, my brother needed his medication and Dr. Vainder was rude and when he was met with the anger of an upset patient in a crisis, he demanded an apology and ultimately refused to refill my brother's prescription. Dr. Vainder is pompous and it's obvious that his top priorities aren't care and understanding. His behavior was beyond unprofessional.

It was nice to meet Dr. Vainder and get his ‘to sense’ on my issue. He really put me at ease and I appreciate his help and expertise!

Screening colonoscopy. Kind,compassionate, highly skilled.

Second colonoscopy over the past 5 years with Dr. Vainder. Both done at the Glen Endoscopy Center. Dr Vainder is highly professional, and I know my care is in good hands. The facility is also top notch, with great staff.

This was my 3rd procedure with Dr. Vainder. I was beyond impressed the 1st time and he has stayed consistent. He is warm, friendly, professional and helps you feel at ease before and after the procedure. His entire team is caring and thorough! I love that he personally follows-up with you several days later to discuss your results, see how you're feeling and if you have any questions. He's a keeper! I will recommend him to my friends and family with confidence. Thank you Dr. Vainder and to the wonderful staff at Dt. Francis!

Dr. Vainder impressed me with his knowledge while easing my rampant anxiety. We are still in the process of narrowing down what my issues are but I know he will determine the problem and address it to my benefit.

Friendly and Professional I have been a patient of Dr. Vainder more than 30 years. I recently had a colonoscopy. Before the procedure he told me what to expect, advised me of the risks and answered my questions. After he went over the results and answered my questions. He has always been friendly and professional. I highly recommend him.

I've been dealing with abdominal pain for months now. After a (post-insurance and still very expensive) endoscopy, my partner called the office for more answers because I was still in so much pain and my results from Dr. Vainder were both delayed and then inconclusive. Dr. Vainder had the audacity to ask if I was in the room (which I was and my partner said I wasn't but put instead put him on speakerphone) to tell him that he didn't see anything wrong and that I'm causing myself extra stress and anxiety and that is why I was continuing to experience pain. Here I am, with a large medical bill and no closer to relief. And I no longer trust the process and that I will ever get the answers I'm looking for. Whether this is a GI issue or not, to dismiss me just because he didn't see anything was wrong. Telling someone to take more TUMS is not treatment.

Dr. Vainder is extremely nice, polite and has good sense of humor. He listened patiently and gave me the good advise. He made the whole experience very comfortable. Strongly recommend him!!!
