I have been seeing Dr. Herndon for 30+ years. She is in a word AMAZING! In this era of 2 minute appointments she truly takes the time to get to know you, your family etc. And she is an incredible doctor. What more could you want????

I recently made a switch to this medial group because I had heard about the amazing support and care they provide, and people weren’t exaggerating! My experience today as a new patient while already being in my second trimester was above and beyond. Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable, openly communicated, efficient, and yet took the appropriate time to get to know me, my background, and ensure all the pieces to the puzzle were in place. I feel confident in my doctor and the care my baby and I will receive. Thank you!!

Dr Herndon has a fabulous bedside manner. She listens, she’s kind. She is someone I really am happy to have as my gynecologist. My longtime Gyne retired and I was lucky to find her .

I have gone to Dr. Banzhaf for many years. In the last few years, I have seen other doctors on staff who were equally outstanding. Today, I saw Dr. Herndon for a recurring uti and had an awful experience. I have never been treated worse by any doctor. When I expressed to her my grave concern to go on my ski vacation without an antibiotic , she became very agitated. I asked for a script for an emergency only. When she decided to agree, she screamed "Uncle" and slammed the door in my face.
