I went to see Dr.Sarah for dizziness probably caused by getting covid. The first treatment improved my dizziness a lot. Since then, I went to see Dr.Sarah every week for more than two months, she professionally designed each treatment based on my condition every time. She not only helped improve my dizziness but also helped me relax my nervous system. I am very thankful for her kind help and friendly consultation.

My experience with Mosaic Wellness and Sarah has been nothing short of life-changing. Not only do I feel so much better mentally, physically, and emotionally since we started working together (about a year now!), I have learned a great deal about myself and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I have done acupuncture, acupressure, moxabustion, and herbal treatments, and my menstrual cycle, sleep, mood, digestion, physical abilities (I'm an avid runner and biker, and do yoga daily), and TMJ have all greatly improved in terms of less pain and stress, and more regularity. Sarah truly knows her stuff, she has an extensive education and eagerly shares her knowledge so that my treatment continues outside of the office. If you are curious about acupuncture or TCM in general, don't waste your time with practitioners who haven't done a full educational program. And if you're in the area, please go see Sarah!

Sarah is fantastic! She really takes the time to understand my physical and mental well being which leads to highly effective and transformative treatments. Her calm demeanor and kind spirit make me feel welcome and relaxed after every visit! I highly recommend the acupuncture and massage treatments for total body wellness. If you are new to acupuncture, don’t worry - Sarah is gentle and great at explaining the process and benefits. She had extensive experience and I trust her completely!

Sarah was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and had a great demeanour. I was having digestive issues, and she helped me greatly. The office is very relaxing, it was easy to make an appointment, and I left feeling 100% better.
