I contacted this place for acupuncture therapy I was seeking. The person who replied back (Mark) said he is not accepting patients for acupuncture. Why would you advertise for it then in your website and other platforms ? This is misleading.

Dr. Mark treated me for sexual anxiety and I was very pleased with the outcome. He did much more than administer acupuncture. He's an excellent and empathic listener and really takes the time to understand what's going on with you. He's definitely not just treating the symptoms. He had great suggestions, and showed genuine interest and care throughout the course of my treatment.

Honestly I was skeptical. I have tried physical therapy, chiropractors, massage, you name it, for serious neck and shoulder issues. Last stop before surgery: acupuncture. I am now persuaded that the deft blend of eastern and western techniques used here is amazing. It works. And Mark is a professional, educated specialist, and the location is a funky, lovely oasis.

My first session and so I was a little anxious. Mark was wonderful - took lots of time to go over everything. I came home and felt very tired - a good tired and I assume that is the body reacting to the treatment.

I went to Mark when some chronic conditions became acute, and I wanted to take strong action, but wasn't ready for pharmaceutical intervention. After 6 months of regular treatments and customized herbs, my symptoms are now back in a totally manageable range, and we have scaled down to a "maintenance plan" of occasional treatments. His thoughtfulness, active listening skills and problem-solving approach are very strong. Worth every penny.

Mark has been treating my 97 year old mother for pain and general issues of her age for some time now. Not only has she seen significant relief, his demeanor and gentle treatment has made it a joy (just ask her, she'll tell you!). I'm only disappointed I can't give his practice six stars.

I have had remarkable results and am now able to walk without any pain. Wonderful! My visits with him are now "maintenance". I was hesitant to use acupuncture for my muscle tension but Mark came highly recommended and I decided to give it a shot. Mark is extremely knowledgable and immediately put me at ease. His calming and friendly demeanor makes every appointment comfortable. If you're considering trying acupuncture for the first time, Mark is excellent.

I started seeing Mark for treatment when I started to experience pain and stiffness on my shoulder. Within a few sessions, I saw remarkable improvement. I really didn't want to start getting cortizone shots and start taking medications and Mark's treatments really helped. I continued to see him for other overall health maintenance and he's great. I would recommend him with 5 stars.

If you are considering having acupuncture, you need look no further. Mark's extensive knowledge and his professionalism coupled with his genuine concern for his patients are truly remarkable. He is extremely thorough in his explanation as to diagnosis and treament options and discusses things in a manner that is easy to understand. Even on my very first visit, which was in fact my very first acupuncture treatment, he made me feel instantly comfortable. His knowledge of Eastern medicine is extensive and impressive. Treatments are not only therapeutic for whatever pathology you may be experiencing, they are also physically and mentally restorative. I highly recommend Mark and Red Coral Acupuncture.
