ON TIME. That’s first. Wonderful assistant to Dr Warner and then Dr Warner. Listens and takes note. Brief with her advice and I’m healthy. What more can one ask for. And in my car within 38 minutes. Ease making appointment too.

Dr. Warner is the best OBGYN. I have been a patient of hers since I got out of college to having my 3 children and now in my post-menopausal years (I am 59). She's been attentive and provided me with whatever I've needed through all the stages of my life, so far.

Dr. Warner removed my old IUD and inserted a new one after finding that my old one was placed incorrectly. After having an extremely painful experience with my IUD insertion at a previous gynecologist, I was absolutely terrified when hearing that I needed it removed. Dr. Warner did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable and performed a quick and completely painless IUD removal & insertion. I can't recommend her more!

Dr Susan L Warner is fake and dishonest. We were on a telephone appointment call and she refused to call in a prescription unless I came in. This was a prescription that I was taking for the last 4 years and I ran out. I told her I'd make an appointment but felt I should not stop abruptly on this medication and to call in just enough until I came in. She said no! That was the end of the appointment and she thought she hung up but our call never did disconnect and she was bad mouthing me to her staff not knowing I could hear and see her, rolling her eyes, saying to them "right??!! Cut me some slack" refereeing to me. She proceeded to tell them I was a manipulator patient. Seeing and hearing this was very hurtful after you put your complete trust into your doctor. She portrayed disruptive unprofessional behavior. Destroying the trust and integrity of a doctor. I reported her to the main office of Midwest Center and they were in complete shock. They gave her a call and asked her to call me to apologize and she told them No!. I've never felt so betrayed like that from any doctor. I cried and cried. She's a fake and I would never trust her ever again. I now have a wonderful new GYN. Beware of Dr Warner.

Dr. Warner has been nothing short of amazing our entire pregnancy journey. She has been our family doctor for many years, and we were beyond excited to have her delivery my wife's and & I first baby. She is extremely knowledgeable, open and supportive. Her sense of calmness and patience made me feel at ease during the entire nine months, and through my delivery. She truly cares about each and every one of her patients. We always look forward to every single visit with her. The delivery was a positive experience, and we are beyond grateful for our beautiful daughter that she helped bring into the world.
