Hassan Alzein Md's Online Review Report Card

My children have been patients of Dr Alzein for 19 years. Dr Alzein and his staff of doctors and Nurse practitioners are amazing. They do not rush, answer all of my questions - and I always have many! The staff is very friendly.

After my bad experience I will not be coming back.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr Alzien since I gave birth to her. Did alzien has a lot of experience and knows what’s wrong with my daughter before tests comes back and he is very informative. He is amazing, his staff not so much. The front desk staff is very rude at times, however the physical assistants are nice and patient. I don’t like how it takes 48 hours to get paperwork signed, this is ridiculous. Everything with this office takes 24-48 hours, this is inconvenient and will be the reason I find another doctor. My daughter can’t wait 24-48 hours for a refill to be put in, asthma can’t be put on hold.

Never going back there again! Had 2 appointments for my kids and while I was sitting in the office one appointment was canceled and waited for another hour. Not till I asked how much longer to have my daughter seen did they tell me they have 4 patients ahead of me. Which mostly were walk ins and I made these appointments a month in advance. Will be going some where else.

Dr Alzein and his staff are very Professional. My 4 Children have been patients for 18 years. The time he spent with each of them was wonderful and we were never rushed. All of my questions were addressed. We are very happy to have such a wonderful Provider who truly cares and is very educated.

Dr Alzien is an amazing person. Very kind and has a lot of experience with pediatrics as he was an Pediatric ICU Doctor in the past. He treats our children as if they were his own. I'm very happy our friends recommended him to us!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Alzein since birth. The service is great, short wait times. I especially love that if my child is sick during non business hours, I will be connected to the operator who will then page the pediatrician on call.

My children has all been patients of Dr. Alzein from birth. I have full confidence in his medical decision/ recommendations/direction for the health and wellbeing of my children. He and his staff are kind and compassionate. I feel safe to express any questions or concerns for the health of my children. He will go above and beyond for every child in his care. He treats every child as a individual and not just a number. I highly recommend Him and his office.

Dr. Alzein is wonderful and his staff as well. I've been bringing my Son there for 18 yrs. His Manager Charene was my Sons nurse when he was 6 months old. I can't thank her enough for all she has helped me with throughout the years. Dr. Alzein and his Manager make his practice a place I highly recommend for your children. I'm 1 happy Mom

Saying that I highly recommend Dr. Alzein is a understatement . His knowledge and bedside manner is like no other Doctor I personally have ever met. He treats my children with compassion and empathy. He listens to us parents and is never dismissive of our concerns or questions in regards to the health of children.
