Rajeev Nagpal's Online Review Report Card

Horrible bedside manner. Was referred by my pediatrician for poor feeding and reflux issues for my 4 month old, who would cry in pain trying to eat and after. He would not let me give a history and dismissed her issues completely. He chalked it up to babies spit up and cry, deal with it. Told me to buy a book about feeding babies and Google some guy’s way of how to hold them when they cry. Blames me for trying too many things at once to fix the problem, to know what might actually help. Offered no follow up or treatment course. Made me feel like I was wasting his time being there. Assistant never came back to weigh my baby and he didn’t either, so he had no clue if she was losing or gaining weight but said she was fine. Didn’t ask what her birth weight was either, which was very low, so important she continues to gain weight. He was very distracted and left the room abruptly twice in the middle of her appointment. I left with more questions than answers, and left in tears after how we were treated. Terrible experience.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My son has been seen in the past and needs a note for school so that they could accommodate his needs. I made an appointment in October so that we could get that necessary documentation. I never received it and have been calling for the last 3 months. I have left numerous voicemails for the nurse and messages with the front desk and have yet to get a response. This is beyond unacceptable. If you expect professionalism and patient centered care, run away away from this place!

I don’t understand how this happened. I was trying to review the doc, that I visited and by error google directed me to my own site. So this review was for my doctor

Dr. Nagpal is very caring and attentive. This is the first time that I feel like someone is actually listening to my concerns about my daughter’s health and working towards a solution after several years. I’m grateful to have found him.

I have been seeing Dr. Nagpal for many years for my son. Him and his assistant are very good and no doubt about them.

Dr. Nagpal has been seeing my son off and on for the last few years. He has followed up with him and really trying to inform us at what to do in regards to making sure he stays well. I really like how he pay attention to his patients and making sure they stay enlightened on what is going on. It even surprised me when he noticed my son changed his hair style lol.

Stephanie answered all my questions and concerns and was very thorough in explaining the steps to take with regard to my daughter.

Dr. Nagpal is thorough, passionate and trustworthy. He is very caring and has always understood and addressed our concerns while reassuring us throughout the treatment. We are greatful to our PCP for the referral. Thank you Dr. Nagpal!
