I have been going to this clinic for years and I am always satisfied with their service. For over 40 years, they have been my go to place for my health concerns. All of the diagnoses have been spot on. The doctors and the staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. I am so glad that they have remained in the community. I only had one issue with one doctor but he is no longer there.

I visited the Cottage Grove Health Center and I was in awe of the staff there. I was introduced to the Manager and he was just as happy and pleasant as his staff. The check in staff were amazing, the maintenance guy was friendly, the security officer was friendly, the nurses and the female doctor who took care of me were absolutely the best healthcare team I had ever come in contact with. In my experience free healthcare clinics have been the worst as far as customer service but not here. When staff enter a room, you hear a big friendly, hearty good morning. I was so amazed that I gave a loud good morning right back. Smiles on everyone's faces, good conversation, clean and organized. I was just really impressed. When I start working again, I will definately be checking to see if Cottage Grove Health Center can remain my healthcare center. Good job staff. I can tell you guys love your jobs.
