If only there was a zero option. I WAS a patient for 8yrs. I never needed Konda for anything but checkups. When I desperately needed pain management I was rejected. I was going in for hip surgery. The pain was unbearable. I asked to see or talk to the doctor so I could get a pain script. Never made it past the nurse. I begged and begged for 4days for relief only to find that there's no advocacy for ppl like me. Thank God for the surgeon. He broke protocol gave me the script I needed.

If there was a zero star I would have done that. My mother is a patient of his and I use to be. The office will not get back in touch with you we have called everyday for a week together a refill and speak with a nurse or the doctor, we have been lied to, they said they never received a request from there answering service. My mother is very sick, we will be finding another doctor on Monday.

I believe he and his staff are very caring and friendly. My family has been a patient of his or about 11yrs.

Didn't even know what side to look out when son was in his office. Didn't even look at wound until was asked to. Ordered wrong xray for son who is extreme pain! He had to get another one next day! Terrible bed side manner! I'd give a negative number if I could!

Don't waste your time here. I am a senior citizen and have been without needed medications for quit some time because my previous doctor was out of his office for months. Dr Konda refuses to work with my insurance company so I still don't have my medications. I've only been a patient of his for only 5 months and I'm back looking for another doctor who actually cares about his patients. Plus the fact that he has another practice outside of Decatur, Illinois doesn't help either because it makes him unavailable. Had I known that in advance I never would have considered him.
