Express Med Spa's Online Review Report Card

I am going to start by saying that I had no idea what to expect from my appointment, I was only hoping to get a consultstion for my chronic fatigue, hot flashes and weight gain due to menapause. I also booked an appointment for the hydration IV. Having dealt with breadt cancer 9 years ago and currently dealing with the symptoms related to Crohn's and Lupus, my health is now complicated by menapause. My physician prescribed me estrogen cream (yes, with the knowledge that it's not favorable for someone who had breast cancer) and said that I "just have to get used to the symptoms." So, when Steph and I started talking, there was no doubt in my mind that I found someone who actually heard my frustration. Everything, from Steph's vibe (yes, it's all about the vibes for me), to getting poked for bloodwork and for a hydration fluids (5 out of 5 stars on her skills), to her past experience in oncology (only extra special people can do that job), to her confidence as a nurse, 5 +++ stars all around. As a therapist myself, I can give Steph 100% confidence in client care and thinking outside of the box. I look forward to working with her on an ongoing basis.

Stef D was AMAZING!!! I had a skin tag removed and she made me feel so comfortable. It was super easy to book an appointment on their online booking. Their spa is super cute and super clean! I will definitely be back for future spa treatments.

I went in to book my wife an appointment as part of her anniversary gift, and I was impressed with the staff. they were very friendly and patient with me, especially because I do not know anything about any of that LOL, and are very knowledgeable of their craft. The customer service they provided was amazing. My wife enjoyed her facial by Katilyn! and she also provides great customer service to myself. I had a very awesome conversation with Jackie, and she also provided great customer service and I will definelty be booking something in the near future.

Laura was really sweet and treating my daughter very kind. The staff was super helpful and even took us earlier than our appointment time. I wanted a place that was clean and had aftercare and follow up.

So happy and thankful I found out about this place, absolutely friendly , honest workers here, I had requested for Stefanie who has been absolutely wonderful with explaining all I wanted done and felt I needed done, I highly recommend express med spa for all your needs, and before even thinking about surgery, this place is wonderful and I will not be going anywhere else besides here.

This place is very friendly, and I love the services they provide. I had some scheduling issues , I love going to stephanie but laura was helpful as well today. Y’all rock! Also kid friendly so don’t feel shy with your toddlers coming with you.

I have never had a disappointing experience at Express Med Spa-Frankfort. Stefanie is great at what she does and is direct with suggestions of what to do and what to stay away from. I trust her expertise and know I am in safe hands when I receive a service from her. Thank you!

Stefanie D did such an amazing job! Being my first visit, I cannot say enough nice things about Express Med Spa! The staff were professional and courteous. I will definitely be back.
