I had scheduled an appointment a month prior to seeing this doctor. On the day of the appointment, I called the Dr. Office to let them know that I cannot make the appointment due to the fact that I was swamped at work and there was no way I could leave early. Unfortunately, the receptionist told me that there is nothing they can do, and that a new appointment can't be rescheduled because it's their policy. New patients have no right of canceling.. I tried to reason with them and offer to pay a rescheduling fee, but with no avail. If this is how treat new patients, I wonder how they treat existing ones...
