I walked in with Covid symptoms, they saw me right away. Nursing staff had an amazing bed side manner, very professional, kind, and caring. The facility was extremely clean and I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Horrible service. Racist vibes to my boyfriend and I. Front desk lady ignored me standing in front of her for at least 5 minutes until a Caucasian customer walked in. Snippy/ smart attitude.

Made my appointment monday afternoon online for 5:15pm. Arrived to find the clinic closed. What happened to calling the patient letting them know the building would be closed?? Very poor service, you had my phone number you should have called. To make matters worse they did not put me on the schedule for the following day! Totally disappointed in the lack of communication! The girls at the front desk very friendly, the girl who did my x-rays as well, the doctor his english is difficult to understand very rude he doesn't care if you're in pain he made me walk without socks on a dirty floor and left me to talk alone, wait was 1 hour and 46 minutes to be attended.

The team at Physicians Immediate Care was wonderful. I was a walk in and I was treated as if I was the most important person in the world. They were friendly, competent and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you for caring!

I have taken my daughters here a few times now and each and every time, the nurses and physicians have exceeded my expectations. I have felt listened to, understood, and cared for in ways that I think it's difficult to find in a lot of medical offices. I can't recommend them enough!
