Pinnacle Dermatology Frankfort's Online Review Report Card

I would definitely recommend to anybody. This was my first time to a dermatologist and I was in and out within a half hour...slightly less! The staff and doctor were very friendly and courteous. I felt comfortable and didn't feel rushed. All of my questions & concerns were answered to my satisfaction.

I'd like to take a moment and say how amazing the entire staff was. They were so helpful and courteous. They Dr. And nurse they assisted me were amazing. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and made sure that if I had any questions or concerns to ask or call. I definitely recommend this facility.

My daughter had a visit with Laurel Poole-PA. She was very professional and thorough explaining everything to us. My daughter felt comfortable with her assessment and I appreciate that. A very pleasant and highly competent experience from the first contact. I explained my situation and they saw to it that I got in the next day. Compare this to a local dermatologist that I called with the same explanation and their first appointment for help was in March, 2020! The check-in process was efficient, quick, and friendly. The doctor came in timely, asked appropriate questions, examined the effected areas and immediately diagnosed the issue, explained the situation and his suggested plan. Very refreshing and instilled confidence. We are following his medication regime and the areas are much improved. Heartily recommend Pinnacle Dermatology in full. Thank you.

I love, love, love seeing Laurel! I see her for eczema, psoriasis, etc., as well as cosmetic fillers and botox. She is THE best. She is knowledgeable and easy-going, and has followed up with me on several occasions. Laurel puts you at ease and it's like interacting with a friend. I've always been pleased with her medical care and cosmetic expertise. Never looked so forward to being tortured, lol!
