I got news from another doctor that i was pregnant and should contact my OB asap. When i met up with Dr. Tomar, she offered me an abortion pill as soon as she walked in the room. She didnt greet me, or even asked how i felt about my pregnancy. First thing out her mouth was. "I can give you a pill right now to end this pregnacy". I was caught off guard. When i told her i planned on going through with the pregnancy. She asked if i knew who the father was? I said yes, my husband. Not only that, her rude student kept asking if i do drugs, and talked to me like i was well beneath him. I guess do to the fact that im african american, i suppose to be a drug addict with multiple baby daddies, and illiterate. I do not recommend.

Made delivering my child an absolute nightmare. She was very insensitive and just flat out rude to me from start to finish. Find a different doctor!

I have never seen a doctor that was incapable of making a decision. What makes it ten times worse is that her dishonest husband does the billing and he double billed my insurance company and then balance billed me...

I have been a patient of Dr. Tomur's for over seven years, and she delivered 2 of my five children. Her office and patient rooms are very clean and run efficiently, and her staff is EXCEPTIONAL! They are caring, professional, and very sensitive to my needs. I have always been able to get in for an appointment at a moments notice, and I never wait to be seen more than a few minutes.In addition to this, the doctor has been very flexible concerning my wishes for prenatal care and delivery (and I have become very particular after delivering a handful of children). I completely feel that I have the final say in my birthing experiences, and the doctor has also been very complete with follow up care. Not sure what the poor reviews were about, but they compelled me to share my own experiences. As to the person writing the review about Dr. Tomur taking up parking for expectant mothers at the hospital...perhaps she had an emergency of her own that she was attending to considering that she IS a doctor and this WAS at the hospital?? I was always able to walk a few extra steps--even in labor. Give me a break...

Dr. Tomur was rude and unconcerned with my wishes for my birth. She did not let me have the support that i needed and rushed me into decision making. Dr. Tumor did not explain risks of procedures being preformed and was insensitive to my needs. I would not recommend her to anyone.

This lady is an absolute nightmare!!! She parked in the expectant mother parking, when she was at Rush Copley. My husband told her that she should not park her car there, because it is for EXPECTANT mothers. She became argumentative, and really came across as an unprofessional JERK!!! We were carrying in our 1 month old premature son, on our way to take turns visiting our other son in the NICU. What a rude and inconsiderate lady!!!
