As a walk-in, my wait time was minimal, Dr Bartel worked me into his schedule, and everyone I interacted with was professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Dr Bartel was outstanding. He thoroughly explained my injury and treatment options. He listened and answered all of my questions. I had a very positive experience.
