I had many questions regarding several procedures I am considering. Dr Been, and Jenny, spent a considerable amount of time explaining the surgeries as well as potential issues. My questions were all answered to my satisfaction. I also was confused about the costs. The itemization was not clear. This was also addressed, and the confusion cleared up. I am very pleased, and feel very confident with this team.

The entire staff was professional, kind, and took the time to get to know me and my personal case before even recommending a treatment plan. received services from Dr. Geeta Been for a chalazion that was not responding to treatment from two other doctors. Dr Been was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My condition was treated conservatively and she ultimately decided against a surgical procedure. I very much respected her approach and will definitely see her against as needed.
