Not great. Started out good, then no return calls, no response to requests, and the final straw, no call back regarding script refill...so cold turkey withdrawal from med I was taking for severe nerve and leg pain. No good!!

Dr. Jacoby followed up after I broke a finger during PT. His PA and a tech did the initial evaluation and were awesome. I was happy they were able to take care of me following my accident at PT in the same building. In and out in an hour and half on June 8th. It is healing nicely...no followup needed at this point.
