I always have such a great experience at Been’s Facial Plastics, no matter what I’m there for. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming and Dr. Mark Been himself is amazing. I 100% recommend this office. Everyone there is amazing and the results are always phenomenal.

Dr. Been was honest and upfront with all questions I had. I felt confident with going with Dr. Been and it’s the best decision I’ve made. The staff and Dr. Been have been amazing from consultation , surgery day and post op appointments.

I had broken my nose over a decade ago, and just now decided to get the rhinoplasty surgery to fix it. After about six different consultations, I had met with Dr. Been. He was the FIRST doctor to THOROUGHLY explain the full structure of the nose and how the surgery will improve my breathing, etc. I decided to get the surgery with him, and I'm forever thankful that I did because my nose was so bad they had to completely reconstruct it; any other overbooked doctor would have botched it. Shoutout to the receptionist Laurie and the Anesthesiologist, the entire staff helped me SO much through this entire process, and every single one of them was so kind and approachable. Dr Been took his time and made my nose look as if I never broke it. I will be forever thankful to this practice and highly recommend to anyone looking for a similar procedure. Worth every penny.

I went to Dr. Been with what felt like the worst case scenario for rhinoplasty. He is an artist! This was emotionally healing. His anesthesiologist was amazing and so kind, the nurses and staff are all angels. I swear. I’d send anyone here worry free. I don’t regret it for second.

I promise you - you will be treated with respect; you will be heard; and you will be thoroughly happy the entire time. I went to Been Facial Plastics for a rhinoplasty revision. I had undergone a septorhinoplasty three years prior, but it did not do the trick. My nose was large, bent to one side, and my septum was literally falling out of my nostril. It has not been about 4 1/2 months. I can breathe again. My allergies are MUCH better. And my nose is absolutely beautiful. NO complaints what so ever!
