Dr Unger is a physician that truly has emotional intelligence! While I was getting my cervical epidural, we chatted while I was laying on the table. He is aware that it is uncomfortable and expressed that to me. A doctor that truly empathizes! When we spoke on the phone, he was very interested in giving me the full details of my condition and why I needed this procedure. We also discussed possible future procedures, if this one doesn’t work. Last, but certainly not least, his staff is amazing!!

Great staff, very professional yet friendly. This is the first doctor's office where I was taken on time for my appointment and the entire pre and post procedure took 30 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Unger and his staff. Thank you! RB

One of the best doctor experiences ever from start to finish! Office staff were all friendly and efficient. The nurse was amazing. She was very informative and explained things with language we understood. She was a wealth of information about things we could be doing at home to help lessen my husband's pain. Dr. Unger was thorough in sharing all the details about my husband's procedure. My husband felt he was quite skilled in his techniques. Most enjoyable was Dr. Unger's great bedside manner!

Dr Unger has a compassionate ear for his patients. On different occasions, he has heard my conditions and helped relieve the pain from them. In addition, his staff member, Lucy, always makes an effort to calm any fears and reluctance I might have with procedures. She is an excellent choice in staff to greet patients and give preliminary details on what to expect.
