My husband and my self have been seeing Dr. Carr for several years and love his office. He is always very thorough, helpful and caring. Friendly staff. Clean office

My lenses were reversed (right lens in left part of frame - left lens in right part of frame) That was after I had requested that I have an additional exam due to the first pair of glasses that did not help my vision at all. They were not only put in reverse but also with the lenses also turned backwards in the frame. Needless to say, they made me nauseas and I just put them away until my insurance would allow me to go to another dr. for my annual vision check up. The office manager was not very polite or helpful when I explained that another vision group had discovered the mistake.
