Curlee Patrick's Online Review Report Card

This Address and Building are Incorrect. I had to climb out of the truck and back. Then called his office number and was told if I was 15 minutes late I would not be seen. So I was given the correct address, which is Ortho South and they have 3 different offices. I made the appointment, prayers all the way. He's a good Dr. I started having blocks done by Dr. Abrams.Went on the 7th of March and he wouldn't see me because they don't take my insurance now. I really was happy with them because the blocks work. He is very personally interested in your care. If I didn't have the Insurance, where all is paid I could understand.If you need a good orthopedic Dr make sure they take your insurance.

Dr. Curlee is just awesome. Explains everything in-depth as needed. Straight forward approach with personality. His staff is always professional. Always get in fast. I would highly recommend Dr. Curlee to anyone and have done so many times in the past.

Dr. Curlee attached an Intellus nerve stimulator to my back for pain. He is kind, compassionate and a wonderful doctor.

I am new to the area and to Dr. Curlee and associates. I have found the office staff consistently receptive and helpful. Upon my first appointment Dr. Curlee was very welcoming and invested in my care. He was also quick to remind me that I was still in the recovery phase post surgery and I needed to be patient with my recovery. Subsequent visits have been thorough and realistic with my future recovery and abilities. I would recommend Dr. Curlee to my family and friends.

I have recommended Dr. Curlee and his staff to many. He is a fantastic surgeon and a caring doctor. He and Amy always take great care of us. They always know just what to do to help our back pain.

Very professional and concerned about my problem

I have been a patient of Dr. Curlee’s since 2017. I can say that as a Neuro nurse myself I was and still am continually impressed by his staff as well as him. I have had Cervical surgery by him and Dr.Curlee and his staff walked me through every step of every question or concern I had.

I had a spinal fusion and am still in chronic pain nearly 3 years later. I understood that I would not be 100%, but he and his nurses act like it was a perfect surgery and refuse to acknowledge that maybe something is still wrong. Even an MD radiologist said a year after operation that there was still nerve impingement. I’m okay with the outcome but I need appropriate treatment and I don’t feel like I’m getting it. The next step would be another procedure but I think it’s time to see someone else and get their take. I appreciate an honest, frank doctor and Curlee seems coked up every time I see him. Not a good look.

Little over a year ago Dr. Curlee performed a spine surgery on me. It was done on my lower back ( L2, L3,L4,and L5 spinal fusion, if memory serves. Approximately a year later, I was in pain in my lower back. Before I allowed Dr Curlee to perform a spine fusion on me I did magnificent research. I learned this surgery can cause problems with vertebrae above and below. I questioned Dr Curlee you on My research his reply was “that’s possible but you should get up to ten years before any problems.” Well, as I stated a year later I was back in his office When I questioned him about the ten years, his reply was “I was wrong, I can’t help you”and quickly left the room. People be careful!
