Dr. Younes is the most unprofessional health worker that I have ever encountered. Someone I know went to see him for a potential gastro issue. The first thing he mentioned when walking into the room was getting surgery to control their weight. No conversation no asking why they were coming in nothing. He then lectured them about their weight and recommended them to a nutritionist without ever inquiring about the reason they came to see them. He then openly discussed other patients information with a colleague while in front of my friend I will be reporting this to the medical board right after posting this. Please do not give this sorry excuse of a medical office your buisness.

Terrible service. Aside from waiting 3 weeks to get in the door I got called an hour before my appointment to tell me it had been cancelled. When I tried to reschedule they tried to push me off for another month. Once I finally got in the doctor was short and very ready to be done with me from the moment he came in the room.He asked me to call back for a prescription which I did but he never would give the prior authorization for insurance after the pharmacy insurance and I all reached out repeatedly.I tried to schedule up a followup appointment a few days later. I called at 8 AM on a Monday and two weeks later Ive yet to hear back.Poor service start to finish. Find another GI in town.

Had an issue one of the doctors ordered needless tests that cost me a lot of $$$$. Went to PC was given RX for $2.00 copay and problem is taken care of.... go elsewhere

I must say anyone needing a colonoscopy should get this procedure done by Dr Ali Akbar at Gastro one 1310 wolf park Dr Dr.Arkbar was so nice too me he is so kind and gentle Dr Akbar and his staff made me feel so relaxed since this was my first colonoscopy .I truly thank him and his staff for the comfort and care they gave me

Although I had a not so savory experience with the scheduling staff the CEO of the company assured me that it would not happen again. The few times I was in the office the staff seemed helpful and knwledgable

He has been my doctor for years his bed side manner is great and makes me feel like someone is listening his staff is really nice and the office just has a good feel to it. .

Do not go here. Horrible handling of billing. Continually getting billed for random reasons. Delayed paperwork. Not very hospitable or knowledgeable. Would not recommend to anyone.
