Dr Raj is amazing but the 8000 Wolf River Blvd location is horrible. My wife was harassed by the COVID watchdog Kiesha. My wife was already being helped by other staff members when Kiesha started yelling and being rude to my wife while she was speaking to her primary care provider. Kiesha lacks respect courtesy and customer service skills and has no place working in a health care setting. As a military health professional myself I wouldn’t tolerate this behavior from my clinical staff as we strive to deliver world class health care to our military personnel. I attempted to discuss this issue directly with the clinic manager when I requested to speak to her after waiting 8 minutes they transferred me to her voicemail.I will keep our future appointments at the other locations we’ve used as there weren’t any issues with their staff.
Some people there have been very nice. Im sure the doctors are more than competent. However the kid I spoke to on the phone was the rudest most condescending and least compassionate person Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with on the phone. It wouldnt matter if the Doctors there were curing cancer covid and old age with one visit. That person destroyed any chance Ill come back to them. Oh well. An obnoxious receptionist. What a shock. Youd think theyd be able to recognize an assh0le in that place. Instead they have them working the phones.
Arrived early at 815 for a 925 colonoscopy only to be told that I didnt have an appointment for it. I had the package sent from them and the prescription from them for the prep. Next they tried to blame Tricare for not giving them the correct referral and eventually blamed my PCP. I had several people treating me rudely and unprofessionally and was being herded off away from other people. My PCP made sure I had an approved referral from Tricare dated 080321. They still claimed I had no appointmen but they could not explain who had sent me the prep package or who had put in the prescription. Now I wait. They claim the doctor is still going to do the procedure today. We will see? Also dont be fooled by the photos. The check in room which is as far as Ive gotten so far is nasty. The doctors and sx suite personnel may be great but the administration is about the most disorganized rude and unprofessional group of people Ive ever seen. Never thought Id have to argue my way into a colonoscopy but I just cant bear anything this disorganize.

Was assured multiple times the whole procedure was covered by insurance except for a minor fee of $200.Was billed by 2 different doctors for a total $1300 over and above the $200.Billing office is not transparent or honorable in its practices or word.
I had an excellent experience....And you know going to the doctor is never fun.Gastro one was very efficient.Immediate Checkin only had to wait about 15 mins to get called back...and Dr Ramashadrin was very friendly effective and professional. He listened to my symptoms and found a way to treat each of them....It’s only been a couple days though I am doing significantly better He is amazing as well as his nurses being efficient they called immediately with a possible complication of a medicine interaction with a current med before I I had even left the office parking lot.
This is really not a review but more of a concern. Please asks your appointment schedulers not to ask for social and birth date to look up your information in the system. Ask for one or the other. I dont feel comfortable providing both over the phone for security reasons. I have never had a practice have to asks for both to find me in the system
Good doctor but its hard to get the office to call you back when you need and last time I was left waiting for over 2 hours past my appointment. Took over an hour past my appointment time for the doctor to see me and it was basically empty. I show up early out of respect for the doctors time. Dont expect the doctors to respect you.
Please do not go here for externship for any school the doctors are cool but the medical assistants here are fake manipulative and liars. I was warned wish I had listened. I was railroaded by my own non training trainerKesha who lied because shes intimidated by me. She walks around passing gas all day and think its funny and has even urinated on herself. Im so disgusted with the way Gastroone handled the matter instead of looking into it. Cant be mad because God has something better for me. Their lost Show must go on
I am very disappointed with my experience at Gastro One. Aetna tells me my procedure should have been less expensive. Gastro One tells me Aetna should have covered more. Getting their billing department to return calls is nearly impossible. Six months after my procedure I am hit with MORE bills stating that Aetna pulled what little coverage they provided in the first place. Billing department still doesn’t return calls. Please avoid Gastro One like I wish I had.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
