Benjamin Brewer's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Brewer is the best doctor around, he gives his patients the most attention and care that they deserve. Because of that is the reason for the 5 stars. His staff however, could maybe use a calendar or something to help remind them of phone calls that need to be returned or appointments that need to be scheduled for bloodwork and other tests. On more than one occasion, my family members have been scheduled for something at the hospital and they have had no record of the test being scheduled or I have been waiting for a phone call back in regards to a prescription or a test result and none has been received. I always have to follow up with them and I usually miss them due to my work schedule. It's aggravating, but I deal with it because I like Dr. Brewer so well and it's difficult to find a good doctor in this town.

I gave 1 star extra because Dr Brewer is a really good doctor. I have been in really bad pain for a long time and talked to his nurse Amanda who told me Dr need to run some tests and needed samples before noon so she could call me back today. Because of several previous unreturned calls from Natalie and other staff members, I asked her to ensure she would call me back today and she reiterated she would. She did not. Dr Brewer deserves a high rating but his staff does not. I do not find them competent or caringUnfortunately in order to keep Dr Brewer I would have to drive nearly half an hour to do business at his Gibson officeAlso i had blood work done here and asked them to furnish results to my cardiologist which they said they would. My cardiologists office actually phoned me and asked me not to use the Forrest clinic again because it took several weeks from the date of my blood work until they received it. They need an office manager desperately.

Amazing Staff, very prompt (no waiting in the waiting room for hours on end), MD is VERY thorough and has an EXCELLENT Bedside manner! Highly recommend!

I was a high risk patient having multiple miscarriages. I was diagnosed having a blighted ovum so I was bound to miscarry again. In the 3 months he was my physician, I saw him ONE TIME. The rest of the times, I saw his nurses. I had called him because I began to miscarry and it took him over 24 hours to return my EMERGENCY CALL!!! I had complications of this last miscarriage and he failed to help. I had to go to another physician to fix the issue! I will not be going back to him to say it nicely! I would advise that if you believe to be high risk, you not go to Dr. Brewer!
