Lawrence Gratkins's Online Review Report Card

I haven’t seen Dr. G in many years but if I still lived in the area I’d see him. I had high risk pregnancies and he was very through! I’m sorry to see his current staff is so difficult. This man saved my life and my ability to have one more baby. Side note if he’s terse or grumpy with you then he’s very worried about you and your actions.

I have had him since I was 18 years old from Christie Clinic days and followed him over to Normal. I am now 54 and still finds him to be the best dr for me. He listens to me, his staff is always kind and I dread the day he retires. He is the best.

I would give zero stars if I could. He clearly is not up to day with current medical standards of care and knowledge. I was told he could diagnose and treat my endometriosis instead he ablated right over it on my tubes. Do not let his guy operate on you. Seek elsewhere because better care is out there.

Dr. Gratkins and staff are awesome. Recommend them highly.

Liked Dr. Gratkins but his nurse and office manager were the absolute rudest people! The nurse would change the drs orders, contradict what he told me and talk to me as if I was 9yrs old. I was being treated for diabetes, called in for an refill and got a letter discharging me! After 3 yrs and no explanation. Talked to office manager and her contempt was incredible! If Gratkins has no authority whatsoever for his patients, then don't go to him. Whatever he says is useless. His nurse, offensive.

The staff is horrible. The nurse is the most rude and offensive. The office manager is horrid. Dr. Gratkins has no power, his nurse, the dog do on you shoe, does. She deliberately hurt me withdrawing blood by pinching the needle into my hand. I told her it hurt some and she said, 'Do you want me to start over!' in the most condescending way. I wanted her to not pinch the needle, not start over. That was only the beginning. She will f.. you up in every way that she can. Be careful here. Anything Dr. Gratkins tells you means nothing. The nurse is in charge and I hope she gets her Karma, and same with the 'office manager', every nightmare you never want to encounter.

I love Dr. Gratkins with all my heart. He is my first male gyno and HE is the absolute favorite and best I appreciate you doctor Gratkins ? even tho he is busy much of the time he ALWAYS slows his roll inbetween hospital deliverys and scheduled patients in office! I always have plan of action with dr. Gratkins as im on close growth/rechk quarterly for 18 mo. Even tho of all of my obstacles I've had to endure Dr Gratkins keeps my spirit going... Thankful for you doctor everytime you deweb endo??

I have been going to Dr gratkins for years. He is by far the best gynecologist I have ever been to. He listens to your concerns and takes matters very seriously. He has a great sense of humor and delivered my son in 2015. He has also done a couple procedures on me and did a wonderful job. I am more than thankful for his services!
