Banyan is an incredible asset to anyone looking for help with substance abuse or their mental health. Knowledgeable and caring staff and resources for any of your needs. Highly recommend this facility.

They did an excellent job with my son. He came back a whole new person. They went above and beyond to take care of him. They didn't just help him with addiction they also helped him with grieving his grandfather's death, taught him coping skills for his anxiety and helped him learn how to control his anger when someone makes him upset. They done more than I thought possible. Everyone was so friendly and nurturing to him. They allowed him to fish in the pond and a few workers even fished with him. They actually try to form a relationship with their patients. U couldn't ask for more. It's worth the drive, don't settle for closer or cheaper. This is your loved ones future and im so thankful that they did such an amazing job with my son. I can relax now in peace.

I feel compelled to write a very heartfelt note of Thanks to the Heartland Sunspire facility.This facility and more importantly the staff at this place are amazing.When you have turn to a facility such as this one obviously your family is a state of crisisYou people were able to turn our family crisis around Thank You All!!!The staff members I interacted with who went above and beyond we're the manager Mary and counselors or therapists I don't know your exact job titles Rhonda and Megan. These three in particular were professional kind and empathetic. This was a very humbling experience for my entire family.I recently read some not so positive reviews I felt I needed to speak up ... all I can say is that this facility is beautiful comfortable and the staff is very well trained.I think that all care of this type is very expensive in our case the expense was well worth our positive outcome.I cannot express the gratitude I feel .. these people gave our child back to usWriting this brings tears to my eyes it's such an emotional situationI cannot thank this facility and all of their staff enoughBecause of these amazing people we were able to have our entire family at Thanksgiving which was amazingIt took a long road to get us to a great programIt took a long time for us as parents to realize this was our only optionI recommend this program to anyone they can save your lifeI'm so grateful that our insurance allowed this program to handle our careLiterally it isnt just the patient they care for it's the entire familyThese people saved my child's lifeThis has been a very humbling journey I know that none of you are seeking Thanks but sometimes it's just good to hear how appreciated you areThank you all againI'm very embarrassed over this situationI hope we never need you help again but if we do we know where to turn for helpKindest Regards and our gratitude to you all

Banyan Heartland is a great facility . The staff are so attentive. I will recommend it yo anyone.

I've been here 3 times! It got a lot better from what it was 9 months ago. The staff truly cares about you (the behavioral health technicians do). The clinical therapist Chelsea, I wasn't a good pair with her, I felt kind of judged by her sometimes, but she runs amazing groups and is still very kind. The therapists are all really good including her even though I felt judged it could have been my own anxiety. The food is pretty decent, lots of carbs! Could use healthier options and they cook a lot of pork but they have other options for people who avoid that for religious reasons. usually such supportive staff and patients.

I heard from one of dental hygienist mentioned that one of her friend went to this place and they said a lot of good things about them. It's a great place !!!

A facility that really cares about patients and their needs. Wonderful staff, I would send my loved ones here in a heartbeat

This is another great facility Banyan has. They are very professional and keep the communication open. Highly recommended.
