The location is very beautiful. The staff are absolutely FANTASTIC! From the therapist, nurses, techs and kitchen staff, all are always available and make you feel comfortable all the time.

The staff here are phenomenal! I am a recently separated veteran who has struggled with mental health and alcohol dependency for a while now. i was scared, uncomfortable, irritable, confused, alone. the team here wore their hearts on their sleeves. they were here for any needs that you had. they made sure you were safe, ensured that you were learning and growing so that you would not leave their care without all the tools you needed. they encouraged me when I was at my lowest point and always had time to listen to my concerns and thoughts. The plan they teach here works and is an important program. if you are tired of being sick and tired you need to go there as soon as you can. do not even think about it just pick up the phone and let th know you are on the way. they will help you and ensure that you do not have to go through life addicted to any substance anymore. I would love to come and visit again someday and say hello to everyone. I am very greatful for all of you. I would like to say a big thanks to Sarah, Big Joe, Luke and many others there who work hard to help those who need them! Sobriety date: Mar25, 2021 5 months sober thanks to Banyon Heartland and the members of the AA program.

The awesome Staff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous at every level, from the people that were with us at each moment to the people who served and those that helped me start my path to sobriety! I have immense respect and gratitude towards the entire staff - from the kitchen to the administration and everywhere in between! It is truly impressive how each roll at the facility works as a coherent team and shows that they care! I know that myself and others sometimes could not express that in the moment but, I do treasure the experience and care I was given while there! Every single one of them work tirelessly and patiently to help. If I ever get the chance to see any one of them outside the facility I would give them a huge hug and thank them for saving my life! I hope that someday I may be able to give back to some degree what was given to me.

I've been here 3 times! It got a lot better from what it was 9 months ago. The staff truly cares about you (the behavioral health technicians do). The clinical therapist Chelsea, I wasn't a good pair with her, I felt kind of judged by her sometimes, but she runs amazing groups and is still very kind. The therapists are all really good including her even though I felt judged it could have been my own anxiety. The food is pretty decent, lots of carbs! Could use healthier options and they cook a lot of pork but they have other options for people who avoid that for religious reasons. usually such supportive staff and patients.

I heard from one of dental hygienist mentioned that one of her friend went to this place and they said a lot of good things about them. It's a great place !!!

HORRIBLE. Took my cousin, who was willing to go there and receive help. They let him leave not only 24 hours later WHILE HE WAS WITHDRAWING. We had to drive to this place (2 hours away).. to try and FIND HIMMMMM. Not to mention, they FED HIM DRUGS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES OR YOURSELVES❤️

A facility that really cares about patients and their needs. Wonderful staff, I would send my loved ones here in a heartbeat

They did an excellent job with my son. He came back a whole new person. They went above and beyond to take care of him. They didn't just help him with addiction they also helped him with grieving his grandfather's death, taught him coping skills for his anxiety and helped him learn how to control his anger when someone makes him upset. They done more than I thought possible. Everyone was so friendly and nurturing to him. They allowed him to fish in the pond and a few workers even fished with him. They actually try to form a relationship with their patients. U couldn't ask for more. It's worth the drive, don't settle for closer or cheaper. This is your loved ones future and im so thankful that they did such an amazing job with my son. I can relax now in peace.

Great staff programs are helpful. Grounds are beautiful, rooms and amenities are very nice.
