Great bedside manner, very kind, listened and explained things. Office staff were so very friendly and helpful. They helped adjust my crutches that were set a little off by ER. They took extra time and were considerate throughout the whole process.

The receptionist just sighing while checking me in should have been my first clue. Dr offered a cortisone shot, to just come in any time but then when call to come in, told nope! the doctor doesn't know... really? Ok, taking my business elsewhere.

Dr Scherer is a good doctor, but his staff is terrible. Rude, argumentative, and just not worth the effort. Need to be retrained how to deal with patients.

Dr. Anderson is the worst Dr. I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I went in due to injury’s to my shoulder, he did not bother to review my mri. Simply said my injury’s were nothing and gave me medication for pain. Other medical professionals informed me that there are multiple tears. I would never recommend anyone coming here!!!
