Have been the best Home Health skilled care my dad has worked with. Our experience has been since 2017 in the Springfield area, with the last 20 months being cared for by Residential. Brian has been his PT the entire time, when needed. That consistency is very healthy and not industry norm. All of the Therapists, Nurses have been very caring.

This hospice care team has not given the care I expected nor have seen from other hospice providers. We have ran out of meds, never get the supplies in a timely manner. The nurse doesn’t come and visit as she should. Usually in and out within 10-15 min. Just seem as if they do not care

Jennifer was so caring and awesome with my mom. Was very gentle. Did a great job at cleaning her from head to toe! Joetta is staying right on top of my moms pain management.Very caring! I appreciate you both!

This is the worst home health care company we've ever seen The nurse lies through her to to us and her office. Very vendictive. Tells us we cant get certain basic supplies, lies about patients condition. Does not respond to calls, horrible. Our friends are about to respond with the same info. What is wrong with this home health office in Glen Carbon il We're going to the nurses board and HHS to report the ugliness/harm you do What has happened to first do no harm. I must tell you that I had to make the decision on which company to use and I just thought Celtic Care would be good cause dad was from Carlinville Illinois. I must tell you that they were so helpful and they answered all our questions. This is a very scary thing and I must tell you that I felt I had my own private nurse walk hand in hand with us. I want to give hugh shoutout to Renee dads RN, Shelby dads bath aid, Glenn dads chaplain, Genny the social services worker, and a VERY VERY VERY BIG shout out to VICKI. I can never thank you enough for all you done for us. You were my lifeline through this very difficult time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. My dad loved these ladies. Oh yeah cant forget Jennifer who done paperwork. Ladies you hold a special place in our hearts and can never thank you enough for all yous done. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. MAY GOD BLESS YOU
